I visited the Rydalmere location this morning looking for cake decorating supplies as I had…read morepreviously been to the Lidcombe location and had been told the main location was bigger and had a better selection... Well that was a wild goose chase! The Rydalmere location is not what we expected. We located the place by a sign written in black marker and a couple of balloons. We found a street park and walked into the shop... It appeared to be a run down building which has had no effort to make it stand out. Inside they had lots of party decorations and balloons but the cake decorating selection seemed very minimal. I don't see myself returning here!

This company's service is shocking. 5 days after placing my…read moreorder for cake supplies I still had not received it. I had emailed the company twice and no response so on the 5th day I call the store and their response "we have your order packed, it just hasn't been sent yet. Yes we've seen your emails, when do you need it by?" I desperately needed it for the next day so I then had to drive to their shop which was a 45 minute drive and got offered no reimbursement for my 90 minute round trip due to their errors. As I was collecting the order I noticed an item was missing and it took about 5 minutes for them to find it as there was no communication between staff members. Once I returned back home I did a complete check of the order and I was missing an item so I call them to inform them and they tell me that it is definitely in the order when in fact it really isn't. They offer to send it out to me and a week on I'm still waiting for that item. I called the store once again to ask if they have actually sent the item and if they have a tracking number to give to me as I bought these items for a reason and desperately need them. The staff member took my details and told me that their manager would get in contact with me the very next day informing me where my item is currently located. And shocker, I still have not received any form of information about my item which I ordered in my original order 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT recommend using this company whatsoever. Such a horrible and stressful experience going through this company for the first time.
