My flower gardens were overrun with mugwort. If you know anything about mugwort, it's nearly impossible to kill off. Other projects included improving curb appeal and dealing with constant runoff from the lawn. Last year a lovely stone wall was built. They do just a mediocre job of lawn care and clean-up in the spring/summer/fall. But what's worse is that they do an absolutely terrible job of snow removal in the winter! They always leave tons of snow behind in the driveways and visitor spaces that they've supposedly "finished" plowing, and they rarely do all the shoveling that they are contracted to do. My poor elderly father, along with his elderly neighbors, end up having to go out and finish the job themselves (or sometimes do the whole thing themselves when Creative's crew doesn't show up till very late). On top of that Ryan, who I believe is either the owner or the person in charge of the crew at my father's condo, is rude and unprofessional. If you're looking to hire a company for snow removal or lawn care, stay far away from this one! Interesting name they have because the only "creative" thing about them is the ways they come up with to get out of doing the work they've been hired to do by their paying clients!!!
