Unfortunately in the past two years she's assigned people who would not qualified. Two years ago I met with Abby and reviewed our plans in detail to be carried out. The only part that I was totally satisfied with what wonderful window boxes. But from there everything went down and in the past year and became a total disaster. Not only plans we discussed were not carried out, I had to call for routine maintenance and the people she sentwere totally incompetent (she acknowledged this). My flowerbeds became a jungle. When the person in charge came a second time after my complaint and I informed her that she has done a terrible job in the past Abby then informed me that the woman was hurt and insulted. She should never have been sent since she didn't know what was a weed. e. I finally terminated this arrangement. It is my belief since she was no longer taking as active a role and leaving the work to others this was the result. I would not recommend her and Everything Botanical. Abby and her husband are lovely people but fell down on the job.

Lots of fridges, of course, but not a whole lot of variety among them, so we needed some help. Good luck with that. We know there are staff shortages everywhere, but we looked .. and looked ... and couldn't find anyone nearby. Or even far away. One staffer we approached in another department appeared to drift away from us quickly. Dunno. Didn't think we looked scary. But apparently we didn't look much like customers either. They greet you at the door and help you get what you need cheerfully, even if it is only a fifty cent item rather than going to the big box stores that force you to buy an entire pack of nuts and bolts. Their inventory of small but essential parts for the home and shop is impressive and there are rarely any empty bins. I have been using this store since 1975. Home Depot forced them to drop their lumber and building supply plus many other items but they were still able to hang on by selling the small hard to find things when you only need one or two parts. I never get tired looking for help in this store and I usually always get what I need. They will also order parts that they do not stock and they sell many paints and decorating supplies at lower prices than Home Depot or Lowes.
