I always prefer simplicity and efficiency to excessive showmanship especially with all things medical. 2) scheduling was efficient and easy 3) the specific provider I had was professional and efficient. 4) having a lot of trouble getting them on the phone for results of pathology. You call in and their AI bot answers the phone. It misinterprets most of what is said so you just have to call back in and say representative and when it asks for details just say no because it will misunderstand them anyway. I have fenced with their AI bot 3-4 times and can't get a call back with results. This is simple stuff, and potentially the most important part of this process. If you will put an AI bot firewall between me and access to my medical information, I will not use you as a provider. I think that expectation is more than reasonable.
