We've been coming here for a year and the Dr. Donna has always been wonderful but it's not the best experience with the team as a whole. They had someone in training do our babies shots and they didn't ask us if we were comfortable with that. Took a lot longer than it should have and they couldn't even decide/ guide us how we should hold our baby to make him comfortable. We could tell she wasn't comfortable doing it as well. The second nurse in the room also tried to take my baby from me as I'm holding him so she can hold him before/for his shots . Absolutely not. Why would a stranger holding him make him more comfortable before his shots? Don't try to grab him without asking when he's clearly in my arms and comfortable before he will be in pain. I understand everyone has to learn but let the parents decide if they're okay with that first. We weren't and it created a bad experience. We won't be back read more

My son tested for high lead levels at his 12 month check up, so they tested him again a couple weeks later and they still showed high, so they said they would take a vein sample from his arm And if he still tested positive they would let me know and would have to notify the health department, the next week I called every child's pediatric to see if his test had come back yet and they said they would have someone reach out to me that day. Several days goes by and I get a call from the health department to set up an appointment for them to come to our house to test for lead. This past week the pediatrician office called to tell me he still had high lead and that they were going to have the health department call, I'm furious because the pediatrician office should have reached out first. This is not professional, the lack of communication is very poor. read more

This place has horrible communication, they never have same day sick appointments, they claim to start answering the phones at 7 am I have called more than 20 times it is now 7:40 am and the phones still say they are close but online hours say open. Once they remember to turn on the phones it takes like 30 minutes for someone to actually answer only to tell you they don't have sick visits. Horrible service. read more

omg I called at 730 and they told me I was the 2 call ... so there was 755 and I tought it is long time waiting. and I think that bad service !!!!!!because I had my daughter with pain and it is so stressing. ! read more

Patient of record- 4 y.o. recently had his physical- so all is up to date. Develops pink eye and ear pain, possibly ear infection as he is recovering from flu. Walk in visit asking for a quick evaluation to determine if antibiotics are needed. Hostile front desk who doesn't quite get it that a 4 y.o cannot resist the pain of ear infection- calls a grumpy nurse to the front to say:" make an appt for tomorrow or go see the urgent care" ..... You could have seen the kid in literally 5 min and give that AB so the poor thing dies not have to cry in pain through another night. ZERO PATIENT CARE AND EMPATHY. read more

Dr Logan is my children's primary care doctor and she's the best, unfortunately, the appointment setters never schedule us to see her. They use to be great with that but lately we just see whatever doctor, which they are all wonderful but it's nice having a doctor that knows your child and you don't have to give a background every exam. Based on the struggle to make an appointment I'm assuming everyone who comes here agrees this clinic is a great recommendation when someone's asking for quality care for their children. Lower stars because one of the girls that answers the phone is very unfriendly and doesn't have the best listening skills. read more

I love this place great services & friendly I definitely don't regret switched my children from there born clinic to Every Child Pediatrics in Thornton CO they really care for my children & there health not like other clinics that only care about getting pay instead of childrens health I definitely recommended this clinic I wish I could give them 10 stars they we'll deserve it. read more

It's not the doctors that are the problem. Not even the MAs. They are great!!! It's the other people. The people who are supposed to take calls and answer Questions that make me leave this review.because they suck so bad. My Daughter is due for a vaccine otherwise she can't start preschool. I called at 3:50 pm and spent an hour and 10 minutes on the phone. Waiting. And waiting. And I was finally 2nd in line at 4:58 pm. And then at 4:59 someone picks ups, breaths, and before I can get even a word In They hung up. Normally I wouldn't mind but this is unexceptional, inexcusable, and I'm LIVID. I'm a full time working mom and I took time out of my day to make this appointment. Time that could have been spent elsewhere. Each time I call I spent a minimum of 45 minutes on the time phone and my longest was 2 hours and 30 minutes. What the actual heck. I'm surgery tech/ Medical Assistant myself. I get we all want to go home when we are scheduled but to hang up instead of doing your job,.. I would never... it's shameful. The day ends when your WORK is done not whenever the **** you want. Even though your scheduled to leave at 5 pm if the work isn't done DOES NOT, and I repeat does not mean that the work is done. I'm willing to go above and beyond for my patients. The goal is to feel proud and accomplished and provide exceptional care, atleast that's my expectations. I don't see the same quality in the other people here. They are lazy and rude and they just want to go home when their bell rings. Ha. Don't we all. Must be nice knowing nothing is going to change because your just the answer phones person. I'm so glad I don't stoop to those levels. read more

I've been going here for 6 years for my daughters health care, I've always had a wonderful experience however today was completely different. Very upset with the lack of care. read more

Incredibly annoying office. The bill I received in the mail less than 2 weeks ago has a phone number that is out of service listed for billing questions. I went to the website on the bill and created an account, and there isn't a way to "add" the bill to my account to pay it. I called their local number and was told I would have to transferred to the front desk about 10-15 minutes ago, but they were 'with a patient.' Called back just now and they're on lunch. During lunch, they forward their calls to the emergency nurse. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I hate it when businesses can't take my money. I've been trying to pay them for over a half hour. Another thing, a lot of people are going to use their lunch break to pay bills. You can't have your billing office completely unstaffed during lunch or those people can't pay. If you're only open 9-5 and closed at lunch, everyone else with that schedule can't reach you. Since the 800 number is out of service, that's the situation. read more

My experience with Every Child Pediatrics has been fantastic. I've been taking my kids here for 5+ years and never had a long wait, bad service, or any troubles with anyone in the company. read more

This office is wonderful! My 4 year old has been going here to see Dr. Burns since she was 1. The staff is always caring and welcoming for every visit. They are very thorough as we have been here several times even for pneumonia and they caught it right away. I have never had any billing issues, the office accepts Medicaid which was great when my daughter was younger and was still on it. We got Cigna and the transition was still wonderful and have never received a bill, just for labs! Getting in with Dr. Burns is always quick if my lo is sick. For appointments like her yearly check up maybe 3-4 weeks. We love going here and will continue to use Dr. Burns for as long as we can! read more

We've had a good experience each time we've come here. They're always friendly and helpful. The PA always remembers my sons name and even my daughters name who isn't even seen here. Jena is thorough and kind and helpful. I really like the way we are treated here. read more

This place is the worst. Steer clear! We are the legal guardians of my nephew who came to us after years of neglect and instability under the care of his biological parents. He was seen at this clinic off and on through Medicaid throughout that entire time. In December 2019 (he was 4), his grandmother received custody of him and took him there for check up and vaccinations to get him ready for kindergarten. It was asked then and periodically after if all his vaccinations were current. They said YES. His vaccination record was given to his school in Adams 12 Five Star Schools to enroll in kindergarten in August 2020. No one said anything to his grandmother that vaccinations were missing. In January 2021, I received temporary custody of my nephew. I took him to ECP for his 5 year wellness check in March 2021. I asked: Are all his vaccinations current? Again, we were told YES. I submitted the same vaccine record from ECP to admit him to kindergarten (again, no problems) to his school in Oregon (where we now live). He's missing FIVE vaccinations (only 4 of which Colorado requires the same as Oregon - the fifth is optional in CO but mandatory in OR). I have repeatedly tried to call their office to confirm if I have a complete record of his vaccinations (because if they kept looking at the computer and saying he had everything, they had to be looking at something else, right??!) and/or to speak to his doctor about how this could have possibly been overlooked if in fact we have the correct record. EVERY call is a minimum 1.5 hour hold (sometimes disconnecting you 30-45 mins in the process with no recourse but to call in again + wait ... these long wait times were even PRE-Covid). When you finally get through to someone, they are apathetic, insist you FAX them (yes, FAX in 2021 when they also have a secure patient portal to be able to transmit secure personal messages). I was assured a month ago that his portal would be reactivated (they deactivated when we moved him) the next day and follow up would be via the portal. It's been a month! In the meantime, his school in Oregon has given us a deadline to bring his vaccinations current, but we also are concerned (and his new doctor is too) about giving him 5 more vaccinations (in addition to Covid x2) if they would be duplicates of what he's already had. I am at my wits end with the lack of regard for this child's health, safety and well-being. This is bad business practice when not in healthcare let alone being a healthcare facility. I feel trapped outside of contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Medical Board. Help! read more

Dr Henderson is my child's pcp and he is the best ! I don't feel rushed during my child's appointments and the medical assistants are always so helpful . Every child cares more about the care of ur child then they do about the money I'm never asked " how well I be paying today " read more

This place is awful. We chose this place for my newborn because we are on Medicaid and they were the only place that could fit us in for a Jaundice test (we needed an appt for the hospital to let us go home). We came in on Saturday and were the only people in the waiting room. The pediatrician met us fairly fast and we explained all our complications to her but felt like she had no interest in hearing any of our concerns. She ran the test and they called later that day and the results were fine but they scheduled us for Tuesday (three days later) for a weight check. Our appt was at 2:20, we showed up at 2:16, we were brought back at 2:30 and sat in the room waiting for the pediatrician until 3:40. She came in and had zero clue who we were. We had to explain everything g again. She looked at him and said "his color looks okay so we won't test his jaundice levels again" as new parents, if we ask that you check his levels again for piece of mind then you should happily assist. We asked that she check this red mark on his eye three times and still had to ask again 5 minutes later. At that point she called our son a "she" over 5 times. Even though his onesie said "little guy" and she had just been supposedly looking over his file. Do not ever go here if you want to feel like your child is a priority or in the right hands. This place is a joke. read more
