I ordered a "summer fireside" funeral basket from their website and upgraded to their "best" option for $200. What I got was an arrangement that was less than half of what was pictured as the item on their website. She said what I got was a good value for the money and that the pictures on their website are just photo shopped. What!! I call that bait and switch!! She then said she would go to the funeral and retrieve the flowers and give me a refund. What!! Like that is an option!! I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. read more

I have used this shop for "real" flowers but recently I ordered silk flowers for my father's headstone and was very pleased. I do not live in MO and had never ordered flowers to be taken to the cemetery. The flowers were exactly what I envisioned and the care taken to secure them to the headstone deserves more than a simple thank you. I appreciate the pride demonstrated by this business and would highly recommend them. Last week I visited the cemetery and was pleasantly surprised to see that the flowers I ordered for my father's headstone in April were still firmly secured. They still look great, the darker flowers are faded but the white ones still look beautiful. The flowers in the side vase were also still secured and the colors are still beautiful. We went here are after looking around at a few other places. We needed a arrangement for Dining Out (a military function) for the center table, and a bouquet of flowers. Our budget was $100 however with the arrangement (look at picture), presentation flower, black bow, and a single yellow rose it came out to be $ 120 with tax. Our daughter lost her beloved pet on Friday and I called and spoke to Glenna, the owner, late in the day to see if I could get flowers delivered for Saturday. I explained the situation and realized since it was past 4:00 PM local time it would be impossible to get a same day delivery. I don't know how Glenna pulled it off, but I got a message from my daughter less than an hour later that a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement had just been delivered. Their flowers have been repeatedly droopy. On my birthday they refused to deliver due to road conditions ( the roads were 3/4 clear, some spots of snow here there). So they delivered two days later, the day after being a holiday. The delivery vehicle was a 4x4 truck.... read more

When I complained about it they said it was the closest they could come up with and refused to refund some of my money. NOT a valid excuse, you should get what you ordered and pay for!! So if you are going to order flowers in Waynesville/St. Robert don't order them from Every Blooming thing, because apparently they don't care about customer satisfaction. small pink and white roses with a few daisies was what was ordered, what was delivered was 4 hot pink, 3 white roses and a load ofr carnations and daisies. and was told it was the closest thing they could come up with. they didn't have pink roses available. Said they were open for delivery on Saturday but were closed. The owner said that was my fault. When I asked the owner to accept responsiblity for she blamed me, that I would complain no matter what she did. I'm retired and have been ordering flowers for over 60 years.
