They really do a good job, so happy with the flower arrangement I had sent to a sick relative. You can order flowers from here with confidence. I made the order sight unseen from out of state, but they did not disappoint. read more

I ordered a "summer fireside" funeral basket from their website and upgraded to their "best" option for $200. What I got was an arrangement that was less than half of what was pictured as the item on their website. She said what I got was a good value for the money and that the pictures on their website are just photo shopped. What!! I call that bait and switch!! She then said she would go to the funeral and retrieve the flowers and give me a refund. What!! Like that is an option!! I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. read more

The most incredible gorgeous flowers and arrangements for my husband's funeral that I have ever seen in my life. The quality, beauty, originality - everything was beyond perfection. Owner Jenna's care and compassion made an incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. I can't recommend Every Blooming Thing more highly. read more

Fantastic floral artistry! Amazing service and a terrific selection of gifts. This is our go to spot!

Came in for a random bouquet request and was very happy with the price, speed and selection they had to offer.

Unfortunately, my grandmother recently passed away. My wife absolutely loves flowers and felt compelled to help coordinate flowers for the service. The owner of Every Blooming Thing helped my wife every step of the way. Her customer service was unbelievable! The owner was so patient through multiple phone calls, and text messages over two days. She delivered the most amazing product while staying within our budget. My wife and I both work in the customer service industry and we both agree that we have never seen customer service that is so impeccable while remaining very personal. Every Blooming Thing delivered a beautiful product while staying within our budget. This was a wonderful experience in the midst of a very difficult moment, and I just cannot thank her enough. read more

I ordered some flowers for my Grandparents that live in the same town as this shop. Since I live in another state and was unable to see what I was purchasing, I was a little worried. I called the shop and told them my price range and a general idea of what I wanted. Once delivered, my Grandparents called me with joy, Along came a picture text message. The flowers were beautiful and SO worth every dollar spent! I have stored their phone number and will DEFINITELY use them again! read more

We went here are after looking around at a few other places. We needed a arrangement for Dining Out (a military function) for the center table, and a bouquet of flowers. Our budget was $100 however with the arrangement (look at picture), presentation flower, black bow, and a single yellow rose it came out to be $ 120 with tax. When we looked at the flower shop on post we decided to go with this place instead. Overall we were very happy with the service and the end product. read more

I have used this shop for "real" flowers but recently I ordered silk flowers for my father's headstone and was very pleased. I do not live in MO and had never ordered flowers to be taken to the cemetery. The flowers were exactly what I envisioned and the care taken to secure them to the headstone deserves more than a simple thank you. I appreciate the pride demonstrated by this business and would highly recommend them. Last week I visited the cemetery and was pleasantly surprised to see that the flowers I ordered for my father's headstone in April were still firmly secured. They still look great, the darker flowers are faded but the white ones still look beautiful. The flowers in the side vase were also still secured and the colors are still beautiful. I love knowing that I can count on Every Blooming Thing to care so much! read more

I called Every Blooming Thing last week for the first time. Our daughter lost her beloved pet on Friday and I called and spoke to Glenna, the owner, late in the day to see if I could get flowers delivered for Saturday. I explained the situation and realized since it was past 4:00 PM local time it would be impossible to get a same day delivery. I don't know how Glenna pulled it off, but I got a message from my daughter less than an hour later that a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement had just been delivered. I'm sold on Every Blooming Thing to be my "go to" florist in the St Robert/Waynesville area. Thanks so much for pulling out all the stops to bring my family some cheer on a sad day! Their flowers have been repeatedly droopy. On my birthday they refused to deliver due to road conditions ( the roads were 3/4 clear, some spots of snow here there). So they delivered two days later, the day after being a holiday. The delivery vehicle was a 4x4 truck.... read more

Ordered flowers from Every Blooming Thing and they were FAR from what I picked out and paid for! When I complained about it they said it was the closest they could come up with and refused to refund some of my money. NOT a valid excuse, you should get what you ordered and pay for!! Bad customer service and flowers all around, avoid this place like the plague!!!! read more

So if you are going to order flowers in Waynesville/St. Robert don't order them from Every Blooming thing, because apparently they don't care about customer satisfaction. small pink and white roses with a few daisies was what was ordered, what was delivered was 4 hot pink, 3 white roses and a load ofr carnations and daisies. and was told it was the closest thing they could come up with. they didn't have pink roses available. Said they were open for delivery on Saturday but were closed. The owner said that was my fault. When I asked the owner to accept responsiblity for she blamed me, that I would complain no matter what she did. I'm retired and have been ordering flowers for over 60 years. Only one problem in all that time, these people!!!!! Beware customers!!!!! Karma will back to you owner!!!!! read more
