Not only did Chris not try to up-sell me, he actually "down-sold" me: A friend had told me I should install an ice shield all the way from the gutter to the peak, but Chris said that was almost always an unnecessary add-on promoted by unscrupulous roofers to pad their profit margins. Chris was involved in the project from start to finish and kept me apprised the entire time.
