Well, I'm very glad I did not choose them for my mother's death and memorial service!!!! I ended up paying less than 1/4 of the price most people pay, which is unheard of in this business. I had some unfortunate financial circumstances and Byrd and Flanagan's team made sure I was beyond taken care of!!!! They were very understanding, helpful, and compassionate throughout the whole process. This is exactly what you need when you're experiencing this type of life change. They blessed me so much by allowing me to go through all this with such ease and affordability. I did not do a lot of comparing when I selected them for the service...I just did quick price quote research and they were the most affordable I could find. Regardless of time and money, they are the best funeral/services in Gwinnett County!!!!

I made one call from hospice and they were there at the exact time I requested after her passing. Gave us time that we requested but yet they were prompt and professional. My mother-in-law met with Keenan before her passing and told us she knew that was where she wanted to be and she would be "cared for" there, unlike some other places she had talked to. Their prices are much less than anywhere else, but that does not mean they cut corners and are cheap in the way they do things. Nothing but the best here. Thank you Byrd and Flanigan for everything you did for our family!

He came out to talk to my family when we were picking out the service for my father. He was just plain weird. He asked a lot of questions and dragged this out. He got defensive when my sister said something he didn't like. We ordered an urn that was similar to my late brother's and were told it was being sent from another location in the area. He said he would call us the next day so we could see it to make sure we liked it. The call didn't come until days later on the morning of the service, that the urn was not there. We would have had time to go to other funeral homes and purchase one if we had been told earlier. There was plenty of time. We could have ordered one on the internet and gotten it there in time. Greg Meadows offered $100 off like it was a late pizza delivery. They wanted to put an empty urn up there for people to pretend to say goodbye too. I was so mad I had to let my brother-in-law talk to them. A young man named Heath actually understood the situation and made it better. He GAVE us an urn that turned out to be quite nice. In the end everything was okay. Only because of the young man named Heath, who was apologetic and sympathetic. Also Greg Meadow's brother was there on the day of my dad's service and he just stared at us creepily. You've been warned.
