Overpriced. Grounds were unkempt. Memorial Garden had bark dust partially covering markers. Salesman didn't seem to know what was available. Used their guest bathroom and it was FOUL. read more

We buried our father this past Saturday. I have never been so appalled in my life. My father had been cremated and his ashes were in a small vault. My sisters and I all live out of state, but me being the closest, I had made the arrangements. There was a lovely young woman named Bailey who made things so easy. The day before the interrment, my sister and I went to the cemetery to view the plot and sign some paperwork. When I asked for Bailey, some unfortunate man virtually snapped out "She no longer works for this establishment." It was most odd. The following day, nine of us went to bury my father's ashes. I had been told by Bailey and by the unfortunate replacement that we would be allowed to place the ashes in the ground ourselves. There was a tent set up and they had opened the small hole in which the vault was to be placed. The tent was 10 x 10, so not very big, and directly outside of the tent stood two men in overalls, holding their shovels just waiting to get this over with so they could go enjoy their day. The unfortunate man was also there and told the shovel holders to place the vault in the hole. As most of the family was trying to give us daughters a moment alone, they went back to the cars. But the shovel holders immediately started shoveling in the dirt as we sister's were hugging. We stood and watched as they jumped up and down on the vault (which, frankly, looked like a glorified beer cooler), threw in some more dirt then more jumping. We were stunned to say the least. At this point, the unfortunate man left. On top of all this, I received a phone call from this place doing everything they could to sell me more plots. It was not only disrespectful, it was just in very poor taste. I wouldn't bury my cats ashes out there if it was free. read more
