His creativity and professionalism made the planning process easy and exciting. The team, led by Youssef, demoed the deck and built a stunning paver patio with lights, pergola, and walkway. They kept the area tidy, worked hard every day, and were always polite and considerate. The final result is beyond anything I expected. I'm so grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space.

It makes getting in and out of the driveway so much safer and easier for large vehicles. Burke did exactly what we asked. The crew was super nice and friendly. Arriving early and getting to work. We asked for slight adjustments once the layout was done and it wasn't a problem. They cleared the footprint with us before the first coating. The first coat was down and a week later the second coat was put on. The only downside is that they do not offer finishing to their services. He has a guy they can float us to go the topsoil work and grading on the sides now that the driveway is finished but we have to wait until spring now. The guy who came out was courteous and I looked forward to getting an estimate so that I could move forward with my project. One week went by....no calls. Two weeks went by....no calls. So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.

Weeks later, I contacted the company asking when the service would be performed because I had received no completion notice, no door hanger, and saw no evidence that the work had been done. I was then told the service had actually been completed a month earlier and my card was charged. When I raised concerns, the company relied on GPS records showing a truck at my property but could not provide photos from my property, despite telling me that photos are normally taken. What disappointed me most was the way the issue was handled. At no point did anyone offer to come to the property, walk the lawn with me, inspect the results, or independently verify my concerns. Instead, I was left with a charged credit card and no confidence that I received the service I paid for. Most importantly, there was never any visible evidence that the aeration and overseeding had occurred, and there still isn't. More than a month later, the lawn shows no meaningful signs of new grass growth, improvement, or change. Whether the work was not performed or was performed so poorly that it produced no observable result, the outcome was the same from my perspective: I paid for a service and saw no evidence that it benefited my lawn. The office staff was polite throughout the process, but based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
