He fabricated a story to the client/neighbors that "he or she,only had to cut down the part where the storm hit the tree"..which is not true.The storm,milton,uprooted the tree with 125mph winds as evidenced in many photos taken.He has no regard for conscience or others property.He formerly desecrated my backyard when Ian hit upon removing a large maple tree and never offered to put sod,plugs or do-anything to make it right.The HOA in my neighborhood talked with him about this,and I was told that "he took my situation personally and got loud and aggressive"toward the board member who spoke with him.Unfortunately,my HOA has told me "they aren't responsible for tree issues".So the parts of my neighbors tree are still laying ,now,blocking my pool cage and the tree stump,lays sideways, exposing a 5 to 6 ft.deep hole(which is on the neighbors house in BACK of my home).This will obviously end up in court.If you want litigation, then he is the company for you.

We were approached at our home by a man named Josh who claimed to be a business partner of a tree…read moreservice company. He was soliciting work Because we had two very large dead oak trees in our front yard. At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

I have asked landscapers in the past to put down mulch, most of the time I wind up doing it myself. I ask that they trim occasionally. Again, I usually do it myself. I understand that they have to move quickly to survive but I do get tired of the "blow and go" every week. We go north in the summer so it's hard to know if someone is doing a good job in the yard or not. Fortunately, I have wonderful neighbors who will call me and tell me if my yard starts looking bad. It's important that the house looks like it is being taken care and occupied when we are not there. I came back this year, the lawn was mowed but the trees and bushes had not been trimmed since we left. I asked the landscaper about it and he told me that he was able to trim the Pygmy Palm in the back. Really. Four months and you were able to trim one whole palm. Thanks for nothing. That was it for him. My neighbor and I were talking a few days later and I asked him who did his lawn because it always looks good. He told me his person was coming that afternoon and did I want to talk to him. I said yes thankfully. Hilario presents himself very professionally. We walked around the yard and I told him my concerns in the yard. Told him about my poor experiences in the past with landscapers. He understood. He gave me a price and I hired him.. He did a cleanup first. Six people for 6 hours. He filled a 18 foot truck with debris and trimmings. His people are well trained and know what they are doing. They needed little or no supervision from Hilario. It was a pleasure to watch. No mistake, no hesitation, just productive work. It looks like a different yard with all that gone. I asked Hilario to put down mulch when he had time. The next week, he put down 160 bags. No waiting. No wondering when it will be done. And,It looks fantastic. Looks like a different yard. I am actually proud of how my yard looks now. All due to Hilario and his men. I recommend him highly.
