I got proof. It ended up being a cracked rib and bruised kidney. They treated me like I wanted pain meds. And left Me . I left. I'm not an addict. And I won't tolerate that treatment. Do not take your loved ones or children to this place. Looks like normal people Working. But it's not. They judge you and act accordingly. I went to Corvallis and got treatment immediately. Two thumbs down to all in Albany hospital ER. Besides the Girls in triage who were super sweet and funny.

Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! GO HERE. SERIOUSLY.

After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position--and being encouraged to "be ready to negotiate" because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale--I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how you handle hiring moving forward, although after several disrespectful and unprofessional interactions with you, my hopes aren't high. P.S. Take a look at questions that are legal/illegal to ask during an interview. So glad I rushed in for a second interview, for you to grill me about my personal life, in my leggings and sweater just for you to say to your hiring staff, "I want to see what she looks like when she's not all done up." Surgeries are scheduled only to find out that they have not been approved by the patients insurance. Lack of communication and a feeling of being rushed through the office. The staff is too busy to return phone calls or notify patients of changes in surgery scheduling. The physician assigned to do your surgery should be available to talk and meet with the patient prior to surgery. My suggestion is to get a second opinion if your experience isn't a positive one. Remember, you are the one paying the bill.

Came here for some shots in my back from Doc Rask. The…read morefront counter lady's were super nice as my wife and came in to check in. They got me back at my scheduled time for my appt. The Nurses in the back area were very nice and took good care of me. They took time to explain everything in great detail. Which was nice, cause no one is excited to get shots in their back. The Doc came and greeted me and then went back to doing what he was and then I saw him again in the surgery room. He got me up on the table and did his job and all went very well. I was in and out just like that and feeling better almost right away. I cant say enough good stuff about this place and its staff and Doc Rask. I do wish the Doc would reel in the staff at his clinic tho. He is so kind and seems so down to earth for a Doc, and they over there are running people off. which makes him loose customers. Good Doctors are hard to find, he should surround them self's with good staff. He is awesome but his support staff is very rough. I suggest anyone should read my review of that place as well. its sad but true story. (corvallis pain) But back to this place. Its great and the people here were great and that's what is important.

These folks are amazing! Each time we go to visit them we have an appointment and rarely wait 10…read moreminutes. They're fast, efficient, caring, timely and knowledgeable. Once they have determined our need they quickly provide the service required in a pleasant manner and send us on our way. Much faster than urgent care. If you don't have an emergency and need the emergency room this is a wonderful option!

Honestly she saved my life. I would have given 5 stars but I got harassed by Nurse Ratchet when I first entered. Nurse Ratchet refused me service until I put on one of 'they're' masks. Or is it their? Either way great service, just skirt around Ratchet.
