From the moment Chris Wolverton walked in he made us feel so comfortable and confident that he was the right contractor for the job. We were not disappointed. I would give these guys a ten if that was an option. The tradesmen working with Chris were all very highly skilled and easygoing. And after having a complete kitchen and bath remodel I determined we needed a laundry remodel too. They are just wonderful and each one of them have become part of the family. Even though I changed what I wanted done many times, Mr. Wolverton kept on coming out updating my quote without any problems. Once I accepted the quote construction started very quick! He also honored the price he gave even though went above and beyond on things I requested last minute. I am very thorough and what things done the way I like it. I called/text Mr. Wolverton at all times of the day through the whole process. What was refereshing is that he called/text back within the hour (even on weekends and during his vacation)! A guy came out within a few days to hear our ideas and look at our house. He was quiet, didn't have a lot to say and didn't seem very eager to need/want a job. He asked us what our overall budget was and laughed and said "yeah you're half way there". He then said he would work up a budget plan of what everything costs and send it to us. Never heard from him again. Found a different contractor. Super friendly, wants the job and has been really helpful.

Almost every window in my house leaks. I called Livonia Builders and they said they would not do…read moreanything to help since the house is over a year old. It took over a year to realize there was a problem. I was told that they put the windows and siding in correctly but they leaked anyway. Now we are needing to tear out, replace and repaint all the the wet rotten boards on the front and back of the house on both floors. What a huge mess. I was hoping they would be accountable for their mistake.

The issue started when I received Carrier furnace and air conditioner. I read the reviews and the…read morefurnace was okay but the air conditioner was a model that should have been used on a brand new home. It was missing the placards of the maker, the serial number couldn't be found in Carriers system for me to register it. Right then I knew I had been had. I complained immediately before the summer even began, sending out numerous emails of the issues I already had. Summer hit and the very first day of running it I had to call the ProHome warranty. They already act like they have attitudes like its your fault that you are calling. So they came and fixed it, supposedly that is. It stopped working again a few weeks later and I called again to the same lady that pretty much faulted me for the AC not working. They came and welded all the lines again cause it lost the refrigerant. It worked for a while then the fall came and it started leaking in the basement. So I had to call again and go through the same process again. So they came and fixed the lines again and here we are now with a shot compressor. I am coming out of pocket $820 bucks to fix something I knew we would have issues with from the beginning. The part that blows my mind is that I am building a brand new home with you guys and you treat me like crap when I bring up issues that I am having or blow me off like I don't matter. Their customer service sucks, as like almost any other business ( I'll be nice to you till I get your money).

She does her homework, she is responsive, and she's exactly the realtor you want to represent you. She's not going to create any unrealistic expectations, she's also not going to pressure you into anything you don't want. She's great and redirecting the direction of your house goals when you get overwhelmed and lost, and she's even better at working with buying/selling agent on the other end.
