Shawn answered and immediately assured us that his staff would standby to take in our pup. As stressed out pet parents after a 7 hour drive, the whole thing was a bit hectic trying to find a safe and reliable boarder on such short notice, but that staff was calming and friendly. Intake was smooth and gave us a lot of relief. After a couple days, we called and asked for an update. To our surprise, they sent a full report card with pictures and videos to reassure us that he was having a great time at daycare. I appreciated the detail and attention they gave our little guy. When we picked him up it was clear that he was very well cared for. Thanks to Anya, Auntie Em, the chill guy who checked us in, and the awesome kennel tech to checked us out. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff on the phone were very friendly and clear about their practice and made me feel comfortable right away. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and our pup, Tucker, immediately seemed at home and relaxed, which of course put me at ease as well, especially since as a rescue he has some separation anxiety. They were great at sending us some updates, including some videos, along the way where I could see that Tucker was enjoying himself along with a couple of other small dogs his size. When we picked him up, he was relaxed and not the least bit anxious but at the same time happy to see us. Overall, a very good experience and we would not hesitate to leave him there again, perhaps even overnight if needed. Highly recommend the Camp Verde location (that's the only one we've visited so far)!

My pup is Sam. She got me on the schedule, took care of his GROOMS and he is a happy camper. I have seen and heard the worst things through the years about different services, small and big business, and actually had some poor experiences myself. G2GO gave me the peace of mind and comfort right from the jump that people who make their pets family like I do, need. The pricing was fair and competitive for the area. I don't even know if there are other mobile groomers serving the area, but with this experience here in Camp Verde, I couldn't have asked for more for my money.

Our dog was a little matted since it had been several weeks since his last grooming plus he had been swimming a few times. Shayna took the time to get the mats out without shaving him. He looks terrific. Shayna arrived on time with her grooming rig. She was very considerate of our neighbors in where she parked it. Her grooming trailer was neat and clean and air conditioned. She has a hot water heater so that the dogs can be bathed in warm (not cold!) water. I will definitely be booking with Shayna again.

We needed last minute care for our longhair Dachshund puppy, Princess Leia, and they made it possible. My son's girlfriend was able to share Leia's vaccination records electronically, and Johnny's confirmed our booking right away. We checked her in around 10 am the next day and picked her up that afternoon, and the price was very fair. They also sent photos and videos that gave us real peace of mind.
