I've taken back my 5-star review in this location and mind me I've been going to this location for many years . There's a whole new owner with a whole new squad. The Dentist doesn't know what she's doing . She did recommended to fix my "multiple little cavities" which wasn't bothering me not one bit until I finally was convinced that I probably should do preventive treatment on these . So then she did and now my teeth has been bothering me for several months now . I've return twice and she hasn't yet figured out why my teeth has been hurting . And now she's recommending me to see a specialist's for my issue . If I have never had done this "preventive treatment" , this issue would've not exist . This dentist don't know what she's doing . So I highly do NOT recommend this location unless a whole new owner takes over again. I've never been this upset in my whole entire life . DO NOT GO HERE ! read more

The dentists here are helping heal my fear and trauma of another dentist I used to go to! I had a super traumatic experience at a DIFFERENT dental office and hadn't gone for regular check up's for a few years. I started noticing one of my teeth needed treatment pretty badly and I went back to the one place I had a great experience SIX years ago! I was treated by a different female Indian dentist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) but WOW! She could recognize I was very nervous and did everything to help me feel safe. The light taps on my chin and co distant verbal reassurance and the quality of work she left me with. I had to have two root canals and after I came back for my permanent crowns, I was shocked with how naturally they fit in my mouth and she PERFECTLY color matched them to my teeth. I've NEVER left a dental office so pleased. I showed my mother in law and my husband and they would definitely like to switch over to this office if they're taking new patients. read more

Previous visit: I really love Evergreen Dentist. Their staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. I had a quick appointment with Dr. Jaqueline Nguyen. I had a filling that came out when I bit into a hard sucker. Just popped out my filling! Whirring drill, suction, clear communication with her assistant was excellent. Today's visit 6/14/24 my bi-annual cleaning was done. I am always impressed by Dr. J and her staff. Dr. J has been our dentist for years! Her assistants are top notch and cleanings are quick and seamless. I had a chance to listen to Dr. J today with a young patient. Her attention, patience and ability to engage that young lady was impressive. I would recommend her as a dentist for your children because she really has a knack of connecting and making them feel at ease. Found this little clinic that had a last minute appointment for my son and I. Staff are friendly. Since we were new patients, we had to have X-rays and the whole nine yards. Process was smooth and comfortable. I have follow ups for everything else, but dentists give me anxiety. Leslie and Dr Rivas are the best. Dr Rivas was very patient, gentle and was very thorough in her explanations. She let me know what was priority and what could wait in terms of treatment. My first time at Evergreen Dentists was fantastic. The office manager and dental assistant are both incredibly nice and checking in was quick and easy. Leslie took my x-rays and we chatted for a bit while waiting for Dr. Chris. She's easy to talk to and so freaking hilarious. Dr. Chris came in shortly to examine my x-rays and walked me through a plan for my dental health. He was clear, honest, and very considerate. Hands down it was the BEST experience I ever had with a teeth cleaning. Literally minimal to no pain -- something I didn't even know was possible with teeth cleaning. I also really appreciate Lydia for explaining the breakdown of pricing/insurance and my expected out-of-pocket amount. I had been a long time patient at Evergreen Dentists, going back many years. I started with Dr. J but in last few years I transitioned to Dr. Guo. Both are excellent dentists, the best I ever had. This past Monday I had on my calendar for 6 months to see Dr. Guo for my by biannual checkup. When I got there, I was told to my surprise I would be seen by another dentist. I feel I should have been notified ahead of time. Perhaps I was having a bad day, but I was clearly upset as I cancelled my appointment and walked out. I don't have clear understanding of Dr. Guo's status there and I have not received any follow-up call so my conclusion is that I am no longer wanted as a patient there. I have been having regular teeth cleaning every six months and floss cleaning every day. I have also being a customer with Evergreen dentist. The original dentist Dr. Guo is one of the best. However, the new joined Indian lady dentist just keeps selling up-charged services, such as deep cleaning, Invisialign (totally over 2k out of pocket). She even declined to provide regular teeth cleaning if I don't do deep cleaning at the same day. When I visited on January in Evergreen Dentist, Dr. Guo confirmed that deep cleaning is not necessary for me. And none of my previous dentals suggest teeth alignment, while she kept advertising this couple thousand service, and claimed my teeth are extremely off. I later check another dental and she confirm that I don't really need deep cleaning. I think they will keep losing their customers if they continue to treat customers like a fool. I even want to sue that dental for upselling unnecessary services! read more

I choose this dental practice because of many positive reviews. I went on 7/15 for "regular cleaning". Normally, it takes about 30 - 40 minutes for dental cleaning. I did not get out of the office for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. This office took various XRay without detailed explanations. After the cleaning, the office provided me a list of recommended treatments. I should have asked what type of XRAY they took and tried to save some money for insurance. read more

I took my 4-year old for her first filling today and the doctor and team did such a great job keeping her calm and happy the entire time. they encouraged her and made sure she was comfortable. They made sure to tell her what was done (with some help of white lie to not startle her) and also hid the very scary tools from her vision. This was honestly more stressful for me than for her, maybe. She sat through it all and finished what was scheduled for today.
