Horrendously bad, I was supposed to start summer semester and because they were so slow I had to…read morestay at my community college that I didn't particularly want to stay at because NOVA had reached out to me after I applied February 2025. I started the whole process with them January 20 25 paid them in full as I'm a self-pay student. They have not been able to get their act together yet taken $13,999 from me and One week after I sent them wire for that amount they deactivated my NSU email and shark link account and withdrew me from all of my classes for fall 2025. I had applied to six other universities and not pursued those even though they would've been closer to my home because I thought NOVA would be the best as they promoted themselves and told me everything will be fine. Everything will be fine. Well, it's not fine and now at the final hour before I'm supposed to begin they have made my life a complete and utter hell and stress. These people are fraudulent and will take your money and then deactivate all of your account. Do not go here and do not give these people any of your money

my wife was a patient at nova south university she's just finished finally recently receiving her…read moredentures and after everything was over and finished , they have a system where they'll guesstimate how much it's gonna cost you and you have to like open a temporary account to pay from , so after it was all said and done she had a credit of about $180.00 and she paid up everything in cash so ever since november , they have given her the runaround with tons of red tape ( lots of bull#%&# ) and still have not provided any information on her money saying/lieing to her that it was mailed out to not have to deal with her and after waiting for weeks she called back , and it wasn't mailed out at all and when she called back they told her it was out of their hands that she just had to wait for it , crazy , they really need to weed out the thives , liers and very unprofessional people they have runing that place because right now it's just joke . if it wasn't for jennifer helping my wife we would still be going through this crazyness. thank you jennifer ,you deserve a nice raise . god bless you jennifer for being a exceptional caring woman. nova needs more people like jennifer and less of those non working lazy people.

The staff is the worst they don't know anything. I had an issue with fina aid for 7 months and the issue took so line my semester was over. The issue was never fixed because of how long they took to address it. I had to constantly email them to do there job and even then it wasn't done.

There programs offer great quality classrooms-in person and online courses. The staff is very helpful and professionals. There courses are also in Spanish and they offer a lot of certifications to advance in your career or to get a new one. Including courses in general business, finance, insurance, marketing, real state, investment , health care. Foreign Languages such as French German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and also healthcare careers for healthcare providers and much more like dance, ecology, fine arts, fashion, and technology . The Kendall campus is clean and it's the only campus that offers (in person) Italian courses. The facility is always kept clean but the accessibility (Elevator) is not the best. The elevators don't seemed to work at all times. Plenty of parking available in the campus.

My son attended FMU on a basketball scholarship. He started in summer and was eventually placed in…read more2 classes. Religion, which will NOT transfer anywhere, this should NOT be required of any prorgram. He failed 1 class because he did not submit the final the way the professor asked. He was then charged for the entire summer. They recended the summer scholarship. His housing, meals and classes were added to his Fall semester. The FA department then took the summer 2023 fees from his fall 2020-2025 aid disbursements. THIS IS AGAINST ALL DOE POLICY!! After finally speaking to a persin in FA in October, I have no idea how this university is still in existence. I of course filed a formal complaint with the DOE. I'm sure this isn't their 1st time. The president should be ashamed of the people that represent this college.

When you sign up for a class, they usually cancel the class for the semester for various reasons. They don't communicate changes in policy i.e. when you enroll for a class and your funding doesn't come through, they no longer automatically drop you from the class so they expect you to pay for that class, even if you didn't take it. Apparently they no longer automatically drop you for non-payment. It's an unethical practice. Students should be notified of this policy change. The only bright side of this school has been the Access program. They've always answered calls and provided help.
