The customer service is terrible. We were never given a receipt that states their "full box return policy." So when we went to return the extra tiles, they were not only incredibly rude but also argumentative. I asked them if I could buy three tiles as an accent and they said absolutely, so then why can't I return my 5 tiles left over? Considering how much more expensive they are than other places, we will definitely not be going back or recommending them.

He took careful measurements, made recommendations when we asked for them, and gave us a detailed, itemized quote right away. Lee is a sought-after contractor, and he does all of the work himself. As such, you may need to wait a bit before he can get to your project. HOWEVER, I cannot emphasize enough how worth it the wait is. Lee is absolutely meticulous in prepping surfaces, making sure walls, floors, and corners meet perfectly. He thoroughly researches material choices to make sure they are appropriate for the application. In our case, he even went shopping with us to find the best tile options. He communicates quickly, frequently, and articulately (hallelujah!), and he is thoughtful and generous in his decisions. The tile job itself is flawless! Lee's background and artistry shine in his work. He works incredibly hard, fits everything perfectly, and leaves the job clean at the end of every day. The result is beautiful and sturdy and feels like it will remain that way for a very long time. This was an amazing experience through and through, and Lee was the perfect choice for us. This is a very dishonest company that will take your money and not stand behind their work. We…read morespent over $20k on flooring for our home in Breckenridge. We told the sales person we rent the place out when we are not using it and he sold us an LVP product that he claimed would be durable and would hold up against water and renters. Well three years later the floors look like crap. They are popping and swelling in different places, seams coming apart and chipping. The floors look embarrassing and need to replaced. I am not looking for a refund or even free floors, but I was looking for some sort of resolution like store credit on materials that I could used towards replacing the garbage they sold us. Basically I was hoping to find a middle ground. I called and spoke with Cheri the owner and right away she told me it was a manufacture issue, not a workmanship issue. This was without even seeing the floors. When I sent her pictures she then ignored me when I followed up with her several times. Then I spoke with their GM Randy, who was very condescending and after a few conversations told us to pound sand. He said since our place was used as a rental the manufacture's warranty would be void. I told him we discussed the use with the sale's person so why did they sell us this product? Randy's response was "that sale's person is no longer with us". As if that absolves them of responsibility. Then I asked to see the manufacture's warranty, then the excuse shifted to "that manufacturer is no longer in business". Randy is a shifty guy. If you want to spend a lot of money with a company and when there is a problem they take zero responsibility then Big Bob's Flooring is your place. I find their response laughable, canned and untrue. Hey Randy, maybe fill in the blanks that person that made the template left for you. Hahaha! Your canned message says you're willing to work out a solution, that's exactly why I called you multiple times and you did not work out a solution. I very much would love to find the middle ground on this situation. You and Cheri know how to contact me. If this review is still up anyone reading this knows that you did not contact me to work out a solution and your company is dishonest.

What wasn't excellent was Randy the salesman. The man lacks any professionalism or couth. He called me twice and when I wasn't available he threatened to turn me over to an attorney for an outstanding balance 48 hours after installation. When an attempt to call him back was made, he wasn't even in the office to handle the balance. His threatening messages were completely unnecessary. All he needed to do was be at work and answer his phone, instead he chose to leave early due to the snow. Nobody should be treated with such disrespect from a business that just spent thousands of dollars at. If customer service matters to you, buy your flooring somewhere else.

We are thrilled with the job he did and at a very affordable price. He went above and beyond for us and did extra things we didn't even ask for. His protege and son Alex is also a hard worker! There is a slight language barrier as his accent is very thick, so just emphasize what you want and he will deliver!
