You pay for lab tests and then Labcorp sends you another invoice where you have to pay for the lab tests again.

receptionist are very rude and disrespectful to patients. the wait time is over an hour which I didnt understand there is only little patients. no one is in the office and you just hear the gossip as you sit and wait. read more

Had an incident and needed to have an x-ray completed to ensure everything is okay. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. Mrs. Despina was motherly in her care and efficient in her scans. She shared she had over 35 years of experience attributes to her being the best. Came to the Urgent Care in hopes to get out faster than being at an ER. It was a great idea. I would visit here again for non emergency medical care needs. read more

It's horrible service. I have appointment at 1:15pm. I came at 1:05pm and waited 30 minutes to get inside the room. Then waiting more 30mins to see the doctor. They have only one doctor. They always ask about extra vaccines that not necessary and you can get it cheaper in other places or free if you have insurance. Otherwise, the Covid test appt patients sit closely other doctor appt. They don't have 6ft social distance as other medical locations. It's serious if one patient have positive Covidtest read more

NEVER AGAIN. I would give negative stars if I could. I initially called to make a telehealth appointment but was told I needed to come in because I was a new patient. When I got there, they sent me home because the results of my Covid test weren't back yet. (They couldn't tell me that on the phone???) When I arrived, front desk staff didn't even acknowledge me - not even to say "I'll be right with you." I watched them do the same to everyone else who came in after me. I waited nearly 15 minutes to just check in for my appointment. (Wait times on the phone were just as long.) I waited another 40 minutes after having my vitals taken and then someone barged in (no knocking) and said they had lost my chart. They had to go hunting for it again. Apparently the x-Ray tech leaves early and the front desk staff could not tell me what time they would be back the next day. "He'll be in at 9 or 10." What??? Which is it? Do you not know what time your own staff will be in??? They also charged me the wrong amount - $50 when I should not have been charged at all. When I realized the mistake and called to dispute it, the front desk staff insisted that's what my insurance charged - WRONG! I had to call with my insurance, ask to be transferred to corporate, and then the front desk staff told me that corporate was "too busy" to talk to me. Are you kidding me??? I told them that was unacceptable and only then did I finally get connected to someone who could help. I know office staff deal with sick and irritable folks all day, so I usually try to be extra nice but they really earned this negative review. On top of all that, their waiting room smelled bad. Save your TIME, MONEY, and PEACE OF MIND. Just go elsewhere. read more

I'm giving a 4 star I was seen in a timely manner and the Front Desk; Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Lin Liu, MD did their best to expedite a walk-in. I have no history with this facility, yet I will because of their patience and professionalism. There may have been an issue with enunciation of certain English words, but I've found out I've used words incorrectly and I speak English as a 1st and only language. It's kind of funny to me how some people become doctors when they walk into a facility. The place appeared clean, although I think the cleaning crew could do better. Not sure how often the cleaning crew visits the facility, but they really should leave stainless steel products without residue. The Nurse Practitioner asked all the relevant questions I've been asked in the past and was courteous. They were courteous to one another as well. Dr. Lin Liu, MD examined me and filled my request for two prescriptions and went out of her way to give me two discount cards for those without insurance. Heads up, the prescription at CVS for me would have been $72.00 and at Rite Aid $22.00 without coupons. read more

I want to give a shout out to Everest Urgent Care in Upper Darby, PA. I recently signed up for health insurance. My PCP was not taking new patients until January 2022, due to covid. I had some very import prescriptions that needed to be filled. I called Everest and they accepted me right away. They also were very accommodating The staff and doctors were very professional. I was treated well. I want to give a special shout out to Despina. She is one of a kind! She is very courteous, respectful and knows her job well. She made me feel special. My walk in was speedy and on point! From the sweet front desk lady to the nurses and doctors, everyone was very sweet and worked with intentions to get you in and out but cared for correctly. I will definitely make this my number one urgent care facility and recommend others to make it theirs as well. Do not be discouraged based on other reviews and it's location. We came here for an appointment for immigration paperwork and it's been an ordeal. Things to know they don't tell you at all when you call in to schedule the appointment is it doesn't matter if you schedule a time for the appointment you que up with whoever walks in that day so it's pointless to do so. Then they don't complete the entire visit that day they make you come back after getting blood work again to do it all over again. There's apparently only one doctor that does the appointments for immigration and after being told while being scheduled multiple times by the staff for particular days for the second appointment he just didn't come in that day so come back again. So after taking off for 4 days from work for an appointment that should have been completed we get seen over 3 weeks after the initial visit further delaying our paperwork. Staff doesn't care and seem to know it is the way it is so do yourself a favor and find someone else that does these visits and go see them. Hope this helps inform others in knowing the way they operate so your paperwork isn't delayed because of a medical that should be straight forward. read more

My aunt has been bothered by vertigo for years. She went to see several doctors and took medicines for that but all did not work. Finally Dr. Xie from Dr. Li's office helped her get rid of the symptoms of the vertigo. The therapies that Dr. Xie did was very helpful to my aunt. Now she did not fell the dizziness anymore. The neck pain got release a lot. It's a big change to her life. She deeply appreciate Dr. Xie's knowledge and skill. Thank you! read more

I only went here because its a couple blocks from my house. I get strep throat every year and I know when I have it. I told them my symptoms and said I suspected strep. The nurse doing my intake with my blood pressure didn't even understand me and had another person come in to write down my symptoms. No one asked me any of my medical history, allergies OR if I was taking any other medications. The "doctor" looked at my throat and pulled out his phone to look up with prescriptions to give me. Never even swabbed my throat for strep. I then inform him I have a blood clotting gene mutation for medication purposes to which he responds "well you really shouldn't be an occasional smoker then". I roll my eyes and say "yes I know" and he says "well then that's on you"....um no. If you prescribe me a medication that has a blood clotting side effect while I already have a high risk for blood clots, then that, doc, is on you. I will never return to this place and I don't recommend anyone else does either. read more

So it took 10+ calls and over 9 hrs to get a response from them. They took blood and urine sample on Thursday... we had to call Tuesday to TRY and get answers and results back. After multiple calls, they told us that we needed to schedule a follow-up exam from our follow-up exam we had on Thursday. Spoke to a couple different people and they said that the result are Strange and they needed me to come in again. FINALLY a dr calls back after 10+ calls JUST to tell me the results are normal. So WHY did I need to schedule a follow up to have them tell me that everything is normal??? I bet they just want the copay money... right? Place is not recommended unless you want to be treated like an ATM for them to get money from you and your insurance. read more
