Long story short, even the trash giant GFE is a better company than these two guys running this…read morescam. We have had their Preme Environmental picking up our trash for the past year, and I have been nothing but displeased. Numerous times our trash wasn't picked up on the day of service, at one point having called in to complain, they said it was due to the fact that our trash was not every piece in bags. I can understand that as they have a policy for it, seemed a bit off for a trash company to REQUIRE bags but whatever. That was until I saw the reasoning for that requirement, I had stepped outside to smoke one evening when I saw a pickup truck pull up to the end of the driveway and start to pick through the trash, ultimately lifting the bin onto the bed to empty it with the rest of the bags. Today was our last pick up with the company as we are moving locations, and coming to pick up their bins today they took the 5 bags of trash we had loaded in the bins out, took their bins, and left our trash on the end of my driveway. I don't even want them to come back and get the trash, I just hope to keep others from experiencing the issues that my family has with our trash services selection.

They texted me telling me they could pick the doors up the same evening for $175. I agreed and one guy showed up with a proper heads up and ETA. I tipped and paid $200 cash total. About a week later I found the same doors in the bushes behind my condo parking lot. I texted and called the business. I was told this was an accident and the doors would be picked up that same evening. Later that evening I noticed they still hadn't come, they updated the ETA to the next morning. That would've been today, the doors were still in the bushes when I got back from work. They are not answering calls or text messages. I work for a small business and wanted to give them the opportunity to correct this issue in private. They don't seem interested. Not sure if my experience is unique but I am out $200 and have to deal with disposal myself. Do not use this company

Our 2300 square feet apartment was cleaned in under 2.5 hours with minimum cleaning supplies and tools. I reached out to customer service and Anna S. was THE BEST! She was very professional, responsive, respectful, apologetic, attentive to details. Overall Anna was absolutely great. She sent us cleaning crew right away to go over and fix what was missed, and even said, that if we do give blooming bubbles another chance - she is putting a note on my account to give us credit for next cleaning (pic attached). When our place was due for cleaning next time I decided to give it a shot and use blooming bubbles again, we were out of town and it was less stressful to hire someone we've already used, due to the fact that no one would be home to meet new company. Plus Anna S. made us let the bad experience go. I went online to book a cleaning I didn't even care for the credit I was promised because it didn't show up and my card information was put in to charge... At the entry, your car is weighed, and you have to pay in advance, I used a credit card (they don't accept AMEX), and a hold for $93 is placed on your credit card. I'm not sure why it is such an odd amount, but it is what it is. Apparently, if you BRING CASH there is smaller upfront payment, I believe like $20. Since I was dumping mattresses, we had to go to landfill number one, which is the first turn on the left. Drive slowly, as the road is curvy and bumpy, plus it is shared with larger trucks and machines. There is no smoking at all, I'm assuming because of the gas... So, I'll be honest, it wasn't what I was expecting... I was thinking it was a transfer site, like the other location on Brown Station Road or like the dump in Baltimore City, or MoCo, where trash is dumped in a bin. Nope, this is dirt, smells, and birds, lots of them. There is a worker to direct you regarding where to dump your trash; although, I'm not sure if he available to assist you with lifting and such. IMHO, I'd bring a friend, or maybe just pay someone else... *shrugs shoulders* On the way out take your receipt and reweigh your car. You will receive the difference.
