CMJ let us know which local retailer we could order in stock carpet and pad. We were able to pick out and order carpet that same day. The following day, Carlos came out and completed the job within 1 day. The final product looks great and we are very happy! Carlos took the time to cover the stairs taught with a seam under the nose (rather than wrapping the whole step). Carlos was professional and CMJ were prompt with communication.

Nick came in, looked at what we were proposing and said that he would have a bid to us in a couple of days. Being true to his word the couple of days and a bid materialized on my email. He came back out and we made a few changes which he resubmitted the bid in a couple of days. His proposal was acceptable. He told us that he needed to finish a job and would give us a call in a few weeks to set a date and time to start. Again true to his word this happened. On the contract that we signed with him he committed to be completed in two weeks. There were a few glitches that were run into which he took into stride and was actually done in 7 days. We had given him a can of paint that looked like the color on the walls but when he purchased the paint it ended up to be two shades darker. He then went back down, purchased additional paint and ended up painting the walls twice. The fireplace mantle he made for us thrilled both my wife and myself, matching exactly what we had pictured. Again communication and asking the right questions. I think that is their job. As far as Value, they are right in the ball park with others. They will help you cut down the cost if that is what you want to do. Bottom line, the job was finally completed and is a wonderful addition to our home.

Never Hire this Company !! Infinity Restorations and the owner Scott McDilda are the most inept…read morecompany that you only have nightmares about. This man pulls permits for one thing and then hires unskilled labor to do the work. He pulled a permit for low voltage telecommunications lines and then proceeded to bill for more than $20,000. worth of claimed electrical work. Because of the false information given at the time of the permit the true butchered, so called new runs of electrical wiring and a house full of fixtures were not inspected for what they were, just what he described on the permit !! I see he has used one of our pictures to show some of our damage. The damage is real any work he claimed was NOT! He doesn't show how the gouge out electrical wire was "repaired" with black electrical tape vs. the new runs he charged for. Nothing about this company or this man is above board. For your own safety and peace of mind it would be better to sleep in a tent than to have such terrible unsafe work done. He worked on house from 12/12/2016 until 6/28/2017 and for more than 2 years we tried to get; as stated from Pemco "contractor's poor workmanship" repaired, and or refunded. The system in place is not set to help homeowners !! The most L&I does is check for a valid contractors license. When was not found Scott McDilda was fined $1000. which was reduced to $500. when he finally obtained a license.
