EverBank Stadium is honestly one of the easiest stadiums I've been to navigate. Getting around feels simple and efficient, and for a stadium, the food and drink prices really aren't nearly as outrageous as you'd expect. One thing I especially love is that it's actually IN Jacksonville instead of being built 20+ miles outside the city it's named after like so many other stadiums. The downtown location adds so much to the experience and makes game days/events feel connected to the city itself. Already excited to see what it looks like after the renovations because the future plans sound incredible. Also, huge shoutout to Steve C. in the Gallagher Club -- hands down the best bartender in the entire stadium. Friendly, fast, and always makes the experience even better. read more

It's a stadium and not much to say but when I go to a jags game the excitement is there as well as the support. It can definitely be overwhelming with lots of people and pretty loud at some points but again it something that comes with the stadium. It's very well policed during games and definitely feel safe. I don't go often but when I do I enjoy myself somewhat. read more

I'm a huge Jags fan since 1996 and have seen the stadium changes over the years -it's such a great place for a game!! It has some of the largest Jumbotrons in the NFL and two swimming pools !! The terrace suites and gallagher clubs are top notch and there are many varieties of foods to eat from gourmet to handhelds for the pickiest of fans! The newly added massive staircase called The Grand Staircase One is a great addition completed before the Monday night game this year!!.The entire stadium is currently being renovated and the team will be displaced next season until it is complete.. with the amphitheater and practice fields this renovation is the vision for the future as a world class sports and entertainment destination.Its so exciting to see it grow! read more

We drove 3.5 hours to watch the Jaguars vs Jets! The stadium is pretty old and seats are that of typical football stadium seats, hard and uncomfortable. The staff were actually pretty welcoming and very helpful. The restrooms were surprisingly clean and didn't have an awful odor. Concession stand; Al's pizza was a dud. Not made fresh to order, Flat, greasy, and overpriced. There was another stand called "island cheer" that sold cheese burger with fries. They cook food fresh and the fries were crispy and tasty. read more

I went to my first Jags game, and it was such a fun time! It's always interesting to go to a different city and experience a sports game. To top it off, we had great seats! We sat in section 7, which was right next to the tunnel where the Jaguars team enters and exits the field. The seats were also a little more comfortable than some other sections. For a day in late November, we had perfect weather. The crowd was great. Everyone was so friendly. I personally wasn't favoring either team because there were players I liked on both teams. Overall, I had a fun time and would definitely go to a Jags game again. I'd love to check out every NFL stadium, so I'm glad I got to check this one off the list. read more

Pretty amazing stadium. From what I hear, they are adding more seats, which is crazy cuz it's already pretty damn big. My husband and I went here for a Christ Stapleton & George Strait and it was packed. Definitely the place to have it as I'm sure it would be impossible for any typical venue to hold this concert, without needing to have a show multiple nights in a row to accommodate. The only thing is that it's open roof, so the sun can definitely be very bright, and it can get pretty warm. Thankfully, the main acts did not play until later in the evening. Still a pretty nice stadium. read more

Attended my very first Jags game at Everbank Stadium recently, and had so much fun! We were a little confused at first because the tickets said to enter a specific gate, but we learned we could enter at any gate. The staff were friendly and quickly scanned us in. Don't forget your clear purse for this venue! We had tickets on the Terrace Suite level, and the entrance was very nice. We got our wristbands and were good to go. This experience includes all you can eat and drink (beer/wine). The food was really good! It is not just football stadium food like you'd think. I had oyster shooters, prosecco, salmon, sushi, dessert from the chocolate fountain, and honestly so much more. Our actual seats were high up and the people around us were drunk and obnoxious. The stadium itself is located super conveniently to downtown. The coolest part about it was seeing the people watch the game from a SWIMMING POOL! Only in Jacksonville. So wild! I know they are trying to build a new stadium, but honestly this one felt fine. Fun time! read more

We sat in section 410 and the sun was behind us when it decided to come out. This was the same side that the home Jacksonville Jaguars play on. Their sideline was on the same side. We got lucky to be on the right side of the field! On the ground level, you can see through one of the end zones and watch the players on the field before the game. They had really cool vendors and a whole section that was a party zone with live music and a lot of food choices! read more

Concession prices were beyond belief and the food was horrible. 27$ for a tall, weak vodka tonic. The hotdog was ice cold and the bun was stale garbage. Went there for the bowl game and was very disappointed. read more

I've been a few times now and the staff has a good handle on how to herd the crowds. The good- bathrooms are spacious and has plenty of stalls, although beware- I went in one of two entrances of one of the restrooms only to get attitude from another guest that I was cutting the line... there wasn't one the way I walked in, but there was one on the other side. Yikes! There are also lots of food options. What I wished for- a lounging area with tv's. Why? Our seats were great, in the endzone- but they were in full sun and by half time I needed to just get out of the sun. And it wasn't even a "hot" day! Temps were mild, but the sun was brutal. I've been to other stadiums were there are areas to lounge- away from the stands, but still be able to see the game. I know they are going to replace the stadium in the coming years to give a partial roof over the stadium- for Florida, that would be amazing. I look forward to visiting again and hopefully not frying in my seats! ;) Go Jags! read more

My first visit to EverBank Stadium and home game for the Jacksonville Jaguars was a fun filled experience! Views from the lower section seating is highly recommended. I prefer aisle seats and when attending a concert or football game I'm enjoy the views from a slight angle. The seating was comfortable as I was surrounded by friendly and energetic fellow football fans. Staff throughout were very welcoming, courteous, helpful and professional. Shoutout to stadium staff members named Ruthshell & Rocky, working at the "Grey Goose Vodka" bar near section 118. Also Britney, usher inside the entrance to section 118. The aforementioned women were amazingly friendly and hospitable. The property throughout was clean and full of various food/beverage stands. I'm excited for the next Jaguars home game and look forward to another wonderful game experience at EverBank! read more

My fav team since a child but the "brand new" pro shop attached to the miller center has no kind of selection. No elite vapor jerseys and the staff doesn't really seem like they want to have such an easy job. Jaguars gotta do better. Pro shop sucks lol read more

(From November 2021) Ahh the Jacksonville Jaguars, the AJ Soprano of the NFL: always underachieving and can't get anything right during the Shad Khan ownership. As for the stadium, it is well-kept and clean and we enjoyed the view from section 133. The fans are friendly (yes, they have fans) and easy to strike up conversation with. I feel their pain as this team is frustrating to watch and they let their true feelings be known about the evilness and incompetence of the one and only Urban Meyer. Speaking as a colts fan, I thought Meyer was doing an outstanding job . There isn't much flair in the stadium as I didn't see any cool props or historic exhibits/artifacts. Probably because this team has been a bottom feeder for nearly 15 years with the exception of a successful 2017 season. That explains why they put a swimming pool in the upper deck area although I didn't see too many people in it. I did notice the lines for beer were always long. Safe bet is that's how they make their $$$ here since watching this team will turn you into an alcoholic. Can't blame the fans since it's necessary to sit through a football game here at times. One of these days they'll be a consistent contender. One of these days. read more

My son and I flew from Raleigh NC to Jax to watch the game. Yesterday 10/06, section 123. My son caught a practice Butker kick, The stadium made us leave or give back the ball. They kept harassing us until we finally left, before the game even started ! Is this your practice to harass families at your stadium ?would have been his first game ! So upset. read more

In the next couple years the renovations of the stadium will take place but I will miss our gritty stadium the way that it is. Mainly because I have so many good memories here. I'm sure the reno will be incredible and lord knows we need shad for those September games so it will be welcome despite the change. The stadium struggled a bit post-covid but they have since recovered and the food, service, and staff are great again just like we've been used to in the past. Everything we do there is expensive...but it's a stadium so that's to be expected. It was a great venue for Chris Stapleton and George Strait, Florida Georgia games, and of course our beloved Cardiac Cats. I think what really sets it apart is the people. Everyone from SAFE security to the Jaguars staff always has a smile on their face. I love that EverBank is our NFL home. read more

Attending events here is so fun, but I am excited for this place to get an upgrade soon! The paint is peeling, the seats are sun bleached, and overall you can just tell this place needs some refreshing. Over near 160 where we usually sit there is some decent food and drinks, but I would love more healthy or at least non fried food options. read more

This was a nice stadium but honestly, the parking was less than fun. Even moments before the game was to state there were many areas that were still charging the $35 tailgating prices.... which is just dumb. Once inside, we got to our area and seats quickly which had bathroom and drink options right there so we didn't have to leave our area at all. From the looks of it, there are probably cool places to explore like the party pool but we didn't have to look around but a stadium is a stadium for the most park. read more

It's a beautiful stadium really new and clean. Was there for the NY Giants vs Jacksonville game. Parked about 1mile away at a parking lot nearby it was a ten minutes walk to the stadium. All the way to the stadium you will see tons of tailgate party . The stadium itself was really convenient tons directional signage telling you where to go and how to get to your seat. Staff was really nice and friendly. The opening act is usually the mascot doing something crazy. This time around he bungy jump down from the top of the stadium. The stadium has clean bathrooms and ample food areas. Food area stadium prices but there is a lot to choose from. NY giants won that day so we were super stoked read more

First time going to a game or event at TIAA field. The experience was very good and the stadium is very nice. The experience was of course shaped by Covid 19. The staff ensures that everyone was wearing a mask and asked them to pull it up as they entered if it was below the nose. There were o luv meat bags allowed and security was onsite. Everyone was very helpful and friendly assisting us as we entered the gates as it is completely contactless and digital. We took the escalator up and they ensured everyone was spaced out. A staff member came by and reminded everyone to wear their mask unless they were actively eating or drinking. The field was in great shape and the stadium provides a good experience. There are pools in the end zone and there were plenty of restrooms and vendors available for drinks or food. Our seats had a great view of the field. Unfortunately, the Jaguars came up short but the experience was great. We are looking at getting season tickets in the future and enjoying many game day experiences. read more

Boasting the largest video boards in the NFL, TIAA Bank Field (formerly EverBank Field) is a great place to watch football on a big screen, but generally forgettable in most other regards. Food and beverage options are mediocre, and good luck finding anything resembling craft beer on any of the concourses. But sight lines are pretty good, and the massive video boards at each endzone are as impressive as advertised -- watching the Florida-Georgia game recently, I could see replays as clearly as I could from my living room. Like most NFL stadiums, TIAA Bank is surrounded by a sea of parking lots and pretty much inaccessible by foot from downtown. There's a decent brewery about a 10-minute-walk away, but if you're looking for other food options outside the stadium, you'll have to stay in your car and drive there. Seats in the 400 level provide some nice panoramas of the city skyline and the St. Johns River, which ALMOST make the the long climb up worthwhile. There's also a pretty cool 'Bud Light Party Zone' in the South Endzone, which offers great views of the field to go along with your lousy, overpriced beer. If you ask nicely before kickoff the security people might even let you walk down to the field terrace to watch warmups. While not the worst place to watch a football game, TIAA Bank Field could definitely use some better concession options. The video boards are great, but if I want to see replays in high-definition, I'll watch from my couch. read more

This will be my first time being here since moving to Jax from LA. As a die hard 49er fan, I know being in Jacksonville was something that I definitely had to do. The energy was intoxicating and was blowing the roof off this place. I know it doesn't have a dome but you could feel the excitement and passion from all the fans. We did have friendly competitive conversation with the opposing team this is a guarantee in any stadium. The layout of the stadium is great compared to lost stadiums I've been too, and all the security and police were on guard for everyone safety. The streets nearby had food vendors and bars within walking distance were filled people that wanted to have a great time. The weather wasn't in our favor but overall a great and memorable experience. I probably won't be back until the 49ers travel this way but will always be on the lookout for last minutes tickets for home games. This stadium is will designed and with this new big screen, it lights up the place perfectly. Stay in the look out for event here as it should be in everyone buckets lost. Especially the local Jax community. read more
