This place is absolutely horrible. It sounds like it was the first hotel in town and needs some remodeling, which does look like they may be attempting, but appearance wise inside it's horrible. There is cement crumbling at the base of some walls the doorways are super narrow, no fan in the bathroom, The vent in the bathroom goes directly to the vent in the bathroom next room , you can actually see the ceiling of the other bathroom through the vent, and hear conversations among other personal things. The numbers on the doors on the first floor are just pieces of tape on the door and this is just appearance wise my complaint has much more to do with the staff. We were from out of town for a wedding and again not overly impressed with our room , half of it you could tell he's been remodeled but there's like some sort of splatter on the ceiling. Anyway the groom came to the hotel at 11 o'clock to try and check in to his bridal suite and he was told it was not clean yet and that it would be ready at 2 o'clock. The wedding was it three and reception at 4:30. Because the bride and groom needed to do pictures between the wedding and reception we offered to go back to the hotel to get their keys so that they would have them later that night after the reception. The person at the front desk was absolutely horrible her only response she kept saying over and over again is "I haven't got the OK from housekeeping" I requested that she, actually probably demanded that she contact housekeeping and have them clean this hotel suite that the bride and groom we're going to need. It was already going on 4:30 check, in time is 3 PM and they did not have hardly any rooms clean. After arguing back-and-forth with the front desk I asked to speak to a manager. Front desk indicated manager was cleaning rooms because they were behind. I did ask again to speak to the manager I was placed on hold and according to front desk manager would not take my call so I asked if I was supposed to go door-to-door and floor by floor to find a manager that could get an answer about the suite so we can get the keys and get back to the reception. So I did walk down the hallway of the second floor found some maid staff cleaning asked if any of them where a manager, I was able to explain the situation again that at this point the reception was starting it's an hour and a half after check in time and this bridal honeymoon suite is not done yet. We can't get the keys. The manager determines what needs to be done in the room yet and went to finish it and instructed front desk staff to give us keys. This should've never happened, when the groom was there at 11 o'clock and they told him it would be ready by two it should've been one of the first rooms that was cleaned. The Bride and Groom have so many other things going on on their wedding day that they shouldn't have to worry about the ineptitude of the staff of a crappy hotel read more
