Larry's came in and redid what had already been done and did not do what was requested. When they sent the bill I called them to explain what they did was wrong. Larry's continued to refuse working with me sent me to collections after not responding to multiple requests for a reduced bill. They said they'd get back to me. Less than ten minutes later I got a call from one of the friendly repair people, Kyle, saying that he'd had a cancelation and could come right away. After he'd started tinkering with the washer I recalled that the water had been turned off where I lived for maintenance, so likely that was it and there was nothing wrong with the washer. Kyle agreed, but still fished around to remove a coin stuck in the washer, and didn't charge me anything at all! Highly recommend.
