He gave us a very competitive bid and a good timeframe to come to our home in northern Utah. He was very thorough in the cleaning, used special lighting to look for "hot spots" and was able to show us just what a poor job the previous company had done (or didn't do as it may be.) He took his time and did it right. He also pointed out some water staining in the carpet we had not seen and are able to remedy with the home seller. Truly looking out for his customer.
