My wife has always been uncomfortable having her photo taken, and we did not want to add that anxiety to the other stresses of a wedding day. We knew we wouldn't need to worry with Pamela. She made everyone feel incredibly comfortable in the posed shots, and otherwise we never knew we were being photographed at all since she used her effective art-documentary style and method. The result was a beautiful photo narrative of the day; she truly captured everyone's personality and beauty in her candids, and she also captured the romantic ambiance of our outdoor ceremony and reception under the trying circumstances of unexpected rain. Pamela also designed and arranged the images in custom printed albums. Both my parents and my wife's mother have shared these albums with friends and colleagues who all marvel at how beautifully the images tell the story of us.

When you have a newborn you have a million things to take care of. Leave "capturing perfect,…read moreemotionally charged, forever cherished photos" off your list and leave it to a professional. Courtney is a professional. She was able to delight and charm two frazzled parents and a 10 day old. She coaxed us into position and captured priceless photo after priceless photo of our baby boy. Looking back scheduling a newborn photography session was not at the top of my baby prep list. It is the one thing I will be sure to tell all of my pregnant friends. Schedule a session with Courtney before the baby arrives so that you can capture the itty bitty fingers, toes, and faces forever. We sent out announcements using one of the photos that Courtney took. We received more compliments and were told many times by friends and family members that it was the best baby photo they had ever seen. The memories that Courtney captured will forever be cherished and I encourage everyone reading this review to call Soul Focus now and book an appointment.

She seemed to understand intrinsically what our personalities were and how we preferred to be photographed (either acting goofy...or not knowing we were being photographed.) Her pictures were beautiful: elegant but also very unique and heartfelt. In addition, all our friends loved her so everyone was happy to have their pictures taken. She blends so easily into a crowd that she seems like a friend or a family member and instantly puts everyone at ease. We got some amazing shots: dancing, portraits, families and just fabulous strutting around. It was a year ago and people still ask to see my pictures. And all of this planned with zero stress over a very nice cup of tea. Just show up and Kim will handle the rest. I can't recommend her highly enough.

(I eloped when I got married - so no professional photog there either). My company recently hired Kim to do a series of headshots for each employee and a group shot. We're a playful agency - and the majority of us identify as nerds so posing as "models" is not our natural state of being. However, Kim was great at coaxing out our inner Zoolanders. She really took the time to get to know us and get a feel for our company culture. We spent the day prior to the shoot walking around the area for a couple of hours and determining ideal locations. The following morning she was ready to rock. We did a series of indoor and outdoor shots. Kim has a very comforting and relaxing nature about her. She was able to instantly put me - and my other colleagues - at ease with her warm, positive and genuine personality. As she took photos, she'd let you see the results after a few frames so you could specify what you liked or didn't like about a particular image. If someone didn't want to seem rude or vain and expressed satisfaction, even if they weren't satisfied, Kim would pick up on it immediately. She'd gently offer to take more pics until those that were more self-critical felt comfortable with the product. She spent the entire day photographing our team and not once did she seem tired or annoyed. She seemed sincerely thrilled to be a part of the moment with us. We also got proofs back in rapid time! For all my initial nervousness and hesitation, this was a really fun and positive experience to be a part of. I don't think that would have been possible without Kim behind the lens though. If I ever need professional shots in the future - I know who I'll be going back to :)

The booth is just a lot of fun! Allison designed a beautiful and personalized template for the photo strips that complimented our reception palette. The crew came nice and early to set up and were super flexible in where to physically mount the backdrop and booth, which was great for our cocktail hour in a setting with limited space. The team was kind, friendly, and professional. The booth itself is so easy to use and the guests especially loved the SMS text feature which allowed them to not only print the photos on the strip to take home, but to immediately post to Instagram from their cell phones. I'm so grateful for Keopix and the awesome and memorable experience they provided. If you plan to skip the Keopix photo booth for your wedding or event- you should seriously reconsider! Lina and Jeff are personal, they are professional, and they are flexible. We found Cora + Sal Wedding Photography through their fabulous recommendations on the wedding websites. We first met Lina and Jeff in November 2019 for our engagement photos in Boston. They made us feel comfortable from the very start and we had a wonderful day that was a lot of fun. The engagement photos came out beautifully and we were so happy to have quality photos to use for our save the date cards. My husband and I first planned to get married in October of 2020. However, we needed to delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lina and Jeff were unbelievably understanding and accommodating. When we were able to rebook a new date and location, our photographers were among the first people that we let know. Unprecedented times call for unbelievably talented professionals, such as Cora + Sal Wedding Photography! Lina and Jeff are true professionals. They are clear and responsive communicators. It was helpful to know that they were a simple email, text, or call away. All of the messaging was very straightforward and businesslike, but also had a very friendly and personable feeling. Lina uses emojis in her emails, which helps her personality and loving disposition to shine through in her communication. Lina and Jeff scheduled a Zoom call with us to talk a walk through of the wedding venue a couple of weeks before the event. What impressed me about Lina and Jeff's professionalism is that they not only arrived early on the day of the wedding, but they also stayed to make sure that we got all of the shots that we wanted on our special day. They are hard workers and they know how to have fun. The aspect that really would make you want to work with Cora + Sal Wedding Photography is their friendly, personable, and kind disposition. Lina and Jeff are compassionate and they walked with us through our wedding planning journey, even during changes due to COVID. Lina and Jeff worked fabulously with our families and made everyone feel comfortable during our photo taking sessions. We had a lot of laughs while working with Lina and Jeff and it shows in our photos that we were having a genuinely good time together. Finally, Lina and Jeff are super thoughtful. From sending us personalized gifts, to making sure we got our photo USB drives, to even wishing me a happy birthday via email after the wedding, they go above and beyond in every aspect of the process, from start to finish. If you have any questions about working with Cora + Sal Wedding Photography, consider my utmost recommendation. Our family loved working with them so much, my sister decided to hire them to photograph her wedding this upcoming Fall 2022. We loved working with Lina and Jeff and cannot recommend them highly enough. Cora + Sal Wedding Photography is the best in the Boston area.
