Buyer Beware! Dissappearing Owner & a Nightmare that lasted 2 weeks! It was not what I expected…read more First, we were nickled & dimed for additional hours needed for the set up on the back end. I felt the owner knew from her years of expertise that we would need additional time for the type of party we planned. Before we sgned the contract, we gave her our vision and she assured us that we'd be able to decorate & transform the room in the time allotted. She knew she'd make extra money. Then...she vanished to another job in another state. We got an "I'm sorry," even though we specifically asked, "are you going to manage this event." Yes was her answer. We dealt with 4 different staff - one which knew nothing about the audio-visual set-up on the day of the event! Lastly, one week before the event, it was obvious we were not happy. I couldn't believe my ears. She offered to give us a full refund and we could cancel. Never again. I never say anything about anyone unless it's good, otherwise I keep my mouth shut. I wanted to save you potential grief and frustration.

I was able to find what I needed within two minutes of walking into the store and there was plenty of staff available in case I needed help. As I was walking to the checkout counter, a staff member walked by and told me that she would be happy to help check me out. She was friendly and got me out of there super quick. I had an event for 3 days with Platinum Creations Catering & Events on October 26, 27, and 28 of…read more2018 and it was a total disaster. Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware.
