They refused to leave the 2 tables & 15 chairs without a picture of my debit card (which now makes sense). She refused to pickup their items, and demanded I drop them off instead although delivery/pickup is in the agreement. She sent text harassing us for 2days, photos and videos of herself at the court, added my husband into the text thread. Threatening to call his superiors. I called the police to have an officer call her he spoke to her and agreed to wait and be here at my property to help her get her items and she refused. She has attempted to charge my card 5 different times for 5 different amounts. I have reported her business to the BBB as a scam and everyone else should as well. When I got here to pick them up, I was informed that they had no bags to cover the balloons. We asked if we could get a large trash bag, we was denied a trash bag. With no other alternative, we had to force the balloons into the car and by the time I got to my destination my number balloons had burst. This was a very special occasion and it absolutely dampened our event by NOT having those special balloons that we ordered and wasn't afforded something as small as a trash bag to help us keep them secured.
