When it was time for Diana to come to our 12-person bachelorette party airbnb on a Friday night, she brought the most authentic tasting Cuban food! We also had the pleasure of having Diana come back to our airbnb Sunday for a late brunch, which was so easy and convenient compared to managing two separate vendors! Until the phone refused to work and and we lost so much time due to technical issues until the employee told us what the phone would've said like over 10 minutes later. It genuinely though sucks because thats a significant amount of time dedicated to such a terrible technical error beyond our control. Thats a good deal amount of the experience that we lost due to something like that too generally that it feels like the loss you get isnt from your miss thinking and instead due to outside forces. For a first time experience at an escape room it started good but left a sort of sour after taste. That said, our Game Master was great and very accommodating throughout the issue, after it was identified so we appreciated their effort to make the situation as smooth as possible. Overall, though, the technical problem took away too much from the experience for us to rate it higher than 2 stars despite me initially really liking it.
