Despite clear terms outlined in our contract, nobody from Fuller Street ever showed up with the necessary risers, resulting in a catastrophic failure of our entire photoshoot. We had even flown out individuals from Hawaii specifically for this photo, and their time and effort were utterly wasted. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication on their end. Not a single email or phone call was made to inform us of any issues or delays and I had just followed up with them the night before to confirm we had everything set. We waited patiently, expecting the risers to arrive as agreed upon, only to be stranded with no explanation. I got an apology email from them later that afternoon saying a scheduling error had occurred resulting in missing the event but I would never trust using them again for any rentals.
