    Overall everything worked out. But there was a little hiccup with my chair rental. In March I…read morecalled and reserved 35 wooden chairs. Since rental places in Arnold (where my wedding was) are limited I spoke with someone who said we could pick up the chairs on Friday and return Sunday/Monday. Perfect! One thing to cross off the list. I received the invoice via email and was relieved. In August I get a phone call to confirm my chairs. They were doing inventory and had a large event Friday and I could no longer pick them up the night before and wouldn't be available until late Saturday morning. Knowing that it would be my family (the father and brother of the bride) picking them up I was very upset. After a few phone calls we were assured that they would be available by 9am Saturday. Still not what I was promised but they made it work! Also Friday we were doing counts of tablecloths and realized we were short a few. I was able to call and reserve some to be picked up with the chairs. That was perfect. Again, everything worked out but did cause a little stress. Thanks again. Updated: Wow. I didn't know you drove my brother. Thank you!!!

The night before the event they brought the tent and it was extremely dirty (pictures attached.) The tent tarp also was 10 feet bigger than the base so it was sunken in. When I called I was told I would get refunded for the tent because they actually knew it wasn't the right size. Plus the condition it was in. It has now almost been a month, I've reached out twice and have gotten no response. I didn't mind the tables being in poor shape because at least they were covered by linens. Or the chairs that had rust stains, because I could at least clean that up. Overall I had a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company.

My problem was I had no idea if I'd have 30 or 100 guests and I just moved here and had zero connections and a few bad experiences with local companies not calling back. Not long after I handed the planning over to someone who lived 3 hrs away and hoped everything would fall into place. When I went to her showroom months later to pay Genice spent time showing me all the treasures she had to throw parties from vintage crystal luncheon trays to mismatched silverware. I could tell she was someone that truly loved helping others figure out what they like and then gets joy out of helping them make their dreams come true. The night of my birthday party Genice and her team were hired to help serve and clean up. But Genice went beyond this... Several times she was seen scooping someone up by the arm and leading them to the dance floor. She wanted to make sure everyone was having fun. She helped me be a better host which was so unexpected. She has a contagious smile and a warm personality. She has chosen the right business and I wish her all the success in the world. I was hesitant on booking a coordinator thinking that I could handle everything on my own and I'm so glad I ended up booking Danielle. There's so many details, timing, communications, etc. that go into a wedding that I wasn't aware of, and I would have been so stressed out, trying to do it on my own. As soon as I handed everything off to Danielle it was a weight lifted off my shoulders. She is so detailed and organized and remembers every little thing. I was so at ease leading up to my wedding because Danielle had it all covered. She made our day exactly how we envisioned it. I was able to relax and have fun all day during my wedding because I didn't have to answer questions or find anyone or anything. Danielle took care of it all. Even all our family and friends commented on how on top of everything she was. She went above and beyond and even made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands throughout the day and always made sure we were being taken care of. Thank you Danielle! As with all events, our wedding had a few hiccups and they helped guide us through them. We also rented items from Amador Event Co, which was nice because they dealt with the transportation, set up, and clean up of these items and it was one less thing we needed to stress about. We opted in for the month-of coordination and felt that we got the support we needed to run the event. I'd highly recommend everyone work with Amador Event Co.
