He came promptly, gave me an excellent solution to a long-standing problem with getting water out of the basement, quoted me a reasonable price, did the work without delay and cleaned up after himself. He installed pipes so that the water from the sump pump will exit without freezing; he installed a nice quiet sump pump with proper valves, installed outdoor drainage for $700. I did not expect it to look as good as it does, so I am a very pleased customer and will call him the next time I need plumbing work.

Later, the office staff called me, acted incredibly rude, and threatened financial penalties. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam.
