The photos Bob took of us and our guests during the reception were gorgeous! Everybody, and I mean everybody looked amazing. It's really a testament to Bob's talent that in a candid situation, with very little equipment that he was able to take far, far better photos than the gentleman we hired for our ceremony. Bob's lighting is immensely flattering to everyone, he is a real pro and a pleasure to work with. He also shoots generously, yet methodically and deliberately - he does not shoot 5000 images to come up with 50 good ones. (Which is what our ceremony guy did- and handed to us unedited- ugh and unprofessional) Bob will hand you 100% gorgeous results. You will want to print them all! And he doesn't pressure you into buying anything you don't want. We set up a date and the locales that we wanted to shoot. The engagement shoot went very well. He will tell you how to pose exactly and he will capture the perfect angles and you can pitch ideas as you go along. We stuck to the preselected locations and William came up with a few improv locations/shots as well. We had him for a total of 3 hours and boy did the time fly by! I do warn that afterwards you will be very tired - be prepared to hold poses and natural smiles. William was professional, understanding, and was prepared for the unanticipated the whole time! The teaser took a little more than 2 weeks to post on his website. All images were available for proofing within the month. And he sends a CD of all the corrected images within 2 months. I know full well that this company offers an extraordinary experience. When we first talked to Frank on recommendation from a friend, I knew we needed to look no further. We had three options and Natural Expressions was the middle in terms of price but clearly on top in terms of service and professionalism. Anytime I needed something, Frank was there or a member of his staff, which was much appreciated. Far too often I was trying to track other vendors down to have even a short conversation, but never once did I feel that way with Frank, Telmo, or any other staff member. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a response within 24 hours. On the days leading up to the wedding Telmo reached out to review all information and put us at ease. On the day of the wedding Telmo and his assistant arrived early, set up and helped us get going. He even helped calm me down when my mom asked too many questions. hahah. I accepted your offer of a free album in lieu of a partial refund, which, honestly, is what I really wanted. I thought it was an act of good faith. For what it's worth, we've looked at it once, and we just get angry all over again. Our wedding was on a Sunday night - so yes, quite a few folks left after DINNER (not cocktails, as you falsely state), but there were plenty of opportunities to get everybody. The real issue, which you have once again chosen to ignore, is the fact that one of us doesn't have a bridal portrait because your assistant Matt was rude and neither of you bothered to try to fix the situation. Instead, you drank our booze, checked your phone, and ignored the guests. Go ahead, look at our pictures. You will see that there are no shots beyond the dance floor of the same group of people, because Pete and Matt didn't make any effort to capture anybody else. After posting our review, several folks reached out to us privately to say how unhappy they were with you and that many of their guests were missing as well. Perhaps we're the only ones who made our grievances public, but rest assured, we are NOT the only unsatisfied clients.

My husband and I found Levi through a little bit of hardcore google searching for the best photographers in the NYC area. He was on a list of about 20 and after going through all of their portfolios on their websites, we narrowed our search down to 5 photographers - all of whose work slightly varied and we liked for different reasons. My husband went out and met with all 5 and then narrowed it down to 2 for me. I actually met with Levi via Skype due to my work hours and I can say that from the first minute I felt his warmth come through my computer screen. He has this really calming nature about him that just makes you relax and feel comfortable, which is refreshing for someone high strung like me! Needless to say, after our Skype session I consulted my husband (then fiance) and we decided that we would like Levi to photograph our wedding! We arranged for engagement photos a few months later and when we met Levi in person (well, when I met him), he was everything I expected and more. He is patient and he is a consummate professional. Those photos came out amazing and made me even more excited to see what he would do on our wedding day. The day of our wedding Levi arrived to photograph me in my location and someone else on his team for my husband (I apologize, her name escapes me, but her photos are amazing too - I only know this because I saw Levi in the background of some of the outtakes!). He arrived perfectly on time and he was so cool and relaxed. I was a nervous wreck and so he recommended I have a drink... which help ease my apparant frozen face! We got married in the beginning of April when the trees are still barren and Levi still managed to get some beautiful outdoor shots, where you wouldn't even think it was kind of an ugly day (same goes for our engagement photos, in fact). Overall, Levi captured so many great moments that we had a little of trouble picking the photos we wanted to appear in our album and are planning on making smaller ablums dedicated to just us, the party and family. He really gives you sooooo many photos, it will blow your mind. I will say that the one thing that struck my husband and I immediately about his photos was how Levi managed to capture emotion on camera in almost all of his shots. That is something really important to us and now looking back on our own photos we can re-live the day over and over thanks to his work. We have zero regrets for hiring Levi to photograph our wedding. I would 1,000% recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch and extremely talented wedding photographer.
