I'm never one to leave a bad review but this was our first time attempting to use a travel agency…read more We wanted to look into a trip to Yellowstone and we let the curly red haired lady at the front desk know that. She promptly said that trips to Yellowstone were booked a year in advance (great, that's information we needed to know). And when I asked for an introduction into using a travel agent, like a quick explanation of how the process works, she just said, "we are a travel agency, we book international travel," full of sarcasm. When we asked once more about Yellowstone she said "it would be so hard to get a hold of them." Never offered to let us speak to a travel agent, never gave us any other opportunities, shot down anything we asked. I've never felt so mistreated by a business before. We would loved to have found a place to help us book cruises and other trips but we will keep looking for sure. I'm sorry if this business is fantastic but you need to change who greets possible customers if this is the case.

I had to research my own flights my own cabins everything I didn't get any help from her on any of it and that's why I was wondering why she wanted to charge me $200. And she told me I had plenty of time to pay off the cruise which wouldn't be until 12 September 2 which is tomorrow but at the time it was like paid over a year away and then all of a sudden she wanted the full a forcing me to have to cancel my trip and then she charged me $200 for that privilege. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now. I wouldn't refer her or that business as long as she is in that office to anyone.
