We needed a tow on a busy Friday evening and tow truck driver, Jose Bernal quickly came to the rescue. Due to repair shops being closed, he offered to keep the vehicle safe in the gated yard. I spoke with both owners who were, above and beyond, helpful! This is a hard-working, family owned business who earned my respect and review!

Jake came out very quickly and was incredible. He made sure that I was safe and he got straight to work. I was back on the road in no time and had to force him to take a small tip. I highly recommend this company!

A friend had them tow his vehicle to my house, and they dropped it off as seen in the picture for us to find the next morning. Neighbors had to go around the vehicle during their morning walks. They were extremely rude and disrespectful when I called them. I needed the name of their driver to give to the police officer who was siting my friend with a hefty ticket for blocking the sidewalk. The guy told me "you need to shut the f*ck up and change your f*cking attitude". He also told me that it was my fault because I was not home, and had too many cars in front of my house.....despite the open spots on the street in front of neighbors. I cannot recommend this company, up to you to decide if this treatment is worth using them. DPS and AZDOT complaints have been filed and they will be investigated.

I have a 2006 F150 that all the sudden stopped running over the weekend. I bought a new battery thinking that was the problem and the truck still wouldn't start. I read several forums on the issue and learned that it could be the starter, bad relay, or fuse. I spent the weekend trying everything possible without luck. I scheduled an appointment at the dealership and had Evans come to tow the truck. When Evans arrived he looked at my truck and asked if I had a coke can. After I gave him a coke he pours it on my battery cable connectors, hooked the battery back up and the truck fired right up. I'm sure I was saved several hundreds of dollars by Evans taking the time to look at my truck. The experience and professional was was more than what I was expecting. $650 to hook up a car and tow it 55 miles haha. Do I even need to say anything else? Evans Towing accepted a work order from my auto insurance company (USAA). They sat on the order for one hour before ultimately deciding to reject the order. After waiting for one hour for Evans Towing to show up, I called them directly to confirm that someone was en-route and they said "yeah". Then five minutes after our call was finished, I got a text from USAA stating that Evans Towing could no longer do the job and that a new towing provider would be assigned soon. This leads me to believe that Evans wasn't even aware that they accepted this particular pick up. Real great organizational skills there guys. I even called Evans Towing multiple times because I was confused because they told me over the phone that they were picking up my car and then 5 minutes later my insurance company sends me a text telling me that Evans couldn't pick up my car. I wanted to confirm this with Evans but they just screened all my calls and never answered the phone when I called them. The best part is that Evans Towing was going to charge my insurance company $650 to hook up and tow my car 55 miles. This price is basically double what all other competitors were quoting for the same hook up and 55 mile tow. Thank you Evans Towing for the lack of communication and for lying to me over the phone and saying that you were coming to get my car when you knew that you weren't going to pick it up at all. I'll never do business with this company in the future. read more

Friendly, helpful and courteous. My key was stuck in the ignition and the car would not start. The first company the insurance company sent said they could only tow my car. Evans assisted me over the phone getting my key out and then came and jumped my car. Also offered advise when getting my new battery. read more

Never thought I would be taking time out of my day to go online and find ways to compliment a towing company. In the last two days, my husband and I have needed to deal with 4 tow trucks. Each time going through my insurance. 2 out of the 4 scheduled towing companies were Evans Towing. 1 we found out wasn't even in business (Quality Towing Service LLC) but somehow still takes insurance requests, so we waited in a parking lot for 2hrs for nothing. The replacement towing company (Eagle Eye 4 Towing LLC) took twice at long as they said and the driver came in a trashed truck, smelled of marijuana, looked like he just woke up, and expressed his irritation for having to drive our vehicle 25minutes to our home. Yesterday afternoon Evan's Towing picked up my car and the man who came (in the picture-didn't catch his name) was SO friendly, polite, came in a beautiful truck, listened to my concerns to consider them when moving the vehicle, was a pleasure to talk to while he worked, was professional, funny....such a good representation for Evan's Towing. The driver got here 15 minutes after I contacted my insurance! Outstanding! This morning we needed to tow my husbands truck to the dealership. I was excited to see that my insurance had dispatched Evan's Towing again. And just like yesterday, someone was here is 15minutes and delivered just as amazing service. Even making sure to ask who he should deliver the keys to. I did ask the drivers name today and it was Evan! I was happy to express my gratitude and compliment the wonderful company he is running. Great work, and way to give tow companies a good image! Evan's Towing will always have our business and I will be sure to refer anyone needing a tow. Evan was great, he arrived on time (within 10 minutes) ready to tow my vehicle for repair. He asked me about the issue and why I needed a tow. I told him the car would not start and I gave him a few details. He then rocked my vehicle from side-to-side, turned on the ignition key and the vehicle started (I was AMAZED). He said there was probably debris around the fuel pump and the "shake" probably shifted this obstruction. So, with that said I didn't need a tow, he had precluded my need for a tow and his towing fee (who does that ...Evan). I needed my F350 Super Duty long transported the same day to a nearby repair shop. I called several towing services. One towing service was recommended by the repair show but his flatbed was down for service. I called another area towing service but it seems they were trying to retire with there exorbitant fees. My truck only need to go five miles. Talked with Evan's. Fee's were very responsible for my size vehicle/pickup. They said they could be onsite within an hour or so same day. They showed up when they said they would and hookup was painless. All went very well, reasonable service and great service. Driver was polite and did a great job. Thank you. read more

Small miracle today with Vince from Evans Towing. Our tire all of a sudden came off the axel and left us half way in the intersection. not even two minutes later Vince came through the intersection and immediately stopped on the side of the road, got out and asked if we needed help. He was so professional and got our car out quickly and safely. The whole process only lasted about twenty minutes (huge blessing in the heat). He then took it to the exact location we needed. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Evan's Towing and Recovery LLC. The driver who towed my son's pickup truck to our home in Queen Creek was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As soon as he got out of the tow truck, he started using foul language, including the F-word, in front of us and on our property. His behavior was so inappropriate and aggressive that we were close to calling the police. I even recorded a video as proof of his conduct. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly do not recommend this company due to the driver's unacceptable behavior. read more
