The waiting area was clean and each room was private with a large television with Xfinity playing on it. I went in to get 3 teeth extracted from the back of my mouth, and the dentist was so quick, that when he was done I made sure he hadn't made a mistake and had taken care of each issue, which he had done. They numbed me up well, so I felt no pain, just some pressure, which is to be expected. I will happily go back to this dentist's office anytime I need help.

Their prices are normal/fair and typical, and they do offer a small discount for paying by check, as that saves them the credit card fee, which helps. All the stuff about ability aside, it is a very restful and peaceful office. They take their time with you. No one is rushed or grumpy. The staff knows what they are doing and seem to be a cut above. People are kind and caring. They are also that way about scheduling so I don't have a take it or leave it feeling, they work with us to find what works for our schedule. They are excellent with people who fear the dentist, those with sensitive mouths, and children. They make kids welcome and feel safe. Ours now look forward to seeing the dentist. Even if they don't always like the procedures, they know the office and professional staff care about their well being and will take the time to help them manage, and that is the same for the four adults in our family who go there. Several of the dentists also teach and mentor, which to me, shows they are at the top of their game. I actively hate going to the dentist, and there are strong reasons for that, but I feel safe and secure at this office. We have to go to the dentist for our health and I can handle it at this office.

Before I knew it my braces were off and I went on living! Fast forward, now 23, enjoying life with a great smile by the way... My boyfriend and I were enjoying dinner when I heard a weird crunching noise. He had chipped his tooth... at 4:53 pm... on July 3rd! It was a nightmare! We called every dentist office in Fort Wayne. They were either closed, closing, or busy and the only "help" we received was "emergency" appointments 2 weeks from then! I was frustrated and of course panicking. That's when I decided to reach out to Dr. Bussick. I told him our situation and without hesitation he said send me a picture of the tooth and I'll meet you at the office. I was in pure shock! I couldn't believe he was meeting a former patient's boyfriend, the day before a holiday, after hours!!!! Dr. Bussick literally left an evening out with his family to come glue my boyfriend's tooth together at 7:30 pm. It was unexpected and so very appreciated. All of our future children will 100% be receiving ortho care from Bussick Orthodontics. Dr. Bussick truly cares for his patients, current and 10 years old!!!

I've been going to Dr. Gary Pulfer since I was a young child, so I was unaware that the amount of…read moreskill he has makes him stand out among other dentists. It wasn't until I was in high school that I started to hear the occasional horror story about the dentist. Not numbed properly, painful experiences, mistakes. Due to soft teeth and not flossing nearly as much as I should (sorry, Doctor), I've had my fair share of cavities. He's tops at making sure you can't feel a thing while he drills. Whenever I'm given nitrus (that drill is like nails on a chalkboard), it's always the perfect amount so that I'm relaxed, but still completely with it. He's a bit older, but keeps up with modern practice so that this establishment is always on the cutting edge. And he's a great listener if you have any concerns. I really dislike the whole dentist process, but I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else! I'd recommend this office to anyone. He truly knows what he's doing. Even though his son works in an adjoining office, I hope he isn't planning on retiring any time soon!
