I have been going through several different things health-wise as well as emotionally, and Dr. Silva has taken the time to sit and talk with me about each one of my issues. She listens and provides the care I need. She is far from your typical run of the mill doctor that makes you feel like you're just a number. I can't say enough nice things about her because she is genuine, and when I leave her office I truly feel as though a giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Her staff is wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Dr Delikat is absolutely the kindest doctor I've had the pleasure of knowing. He genuinely cares…read moreabout his patients and takes the time to listen to them regarding their health concerns. His staff are all very nice and his medical assistants go above and beyond to help with medication or insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr Delikat for patients who are looking for a physician with a calm demeanour and a gentle bedside manner. So many physicians are forced to rush patients in and out as quickly as possible that they are not able to be thorough and make a patient feel reassured that their health and concerns are a priority. Dr Delikat is not that kind of doctor. If you are a fast paced individual and you want to go to your appointment and be in and out as fast as drive thru service....this is not the doctor for you.

I take my toddler daughter to this pediatrician. He is a very nice, old school kind of doctor. He…read moredoes all the shots, vitals, exams himself. Sometimes, the person bringing us in will weigh my daughter, but other than that, the doctor does the entire exam himself. He explains everything to you and really tries to make your child comfortable. He doesn't get agitated or irritated if you have lots of questions like some doctors do, and he doesn't get upset if your child is crying and screaming. He's a little cooky, but in a good way. The only thing I wished was that they would update their office. It looks like a hole in the wall kinda place...nothing fancy about it. But it's more important that to me that the doctor is great vs the office is state of the art.

I learned about this branch of Watson Clinic when I needed to see a specialist ASAP and the…read moreLakeland branches had 30+ day back-ups for the same service. This Bartow Branch gave me a next day appointment! The building is located next to the Bartow Hospital (I didn't even know other buildings were back there.) I then worried it might be a lesser quality doctor (since the Lakeland ones were so popular and over-scheduled). I was VERY happy with my 5-star specialist and a 20 minute wait in a smaller office. They have ample reception help for check-in (tho' there's way too much personal chatter) and a friendly professional x-ray tech. The parking lot & long sterile" corridor to reception are not disabled-friendly (poor layout) and it's unfortunate the contagious can't be separated from the injured in some better way. But overall, it was wonderful to get specialized health care right away (and no emergency room prices) in the "smaller town" atmosphere.
