This particular store is spread out over two floors all of the day and night wear is over the lower floor, they have most of there changing rooms down here too. they also sell there jewellery and accesories on the lower floor. They quite often have good deals on there jewellery and if you time it right about 4 times a year they even sell off there old jewellery stock at £1 per item (bargain)! Upstairs there is a smaller changing room, and the more qwkard sections (good for lil old me) including maternity, tall and my favourite petite. they also have all there underwear (which usually has an offer on it) and shoes here. There shoes are just to die for ( I am a shoes freak)!

Although everything was just too pricey for my budget at the time, I can say that I proudly refuse to throw away the soft, velvety, once plush (still holds the super softness, though... testament to the quality!) washcloth that I purchased long ago. Just can't do it...a great department store that is on the smaller side of the scale. Still quite fond of them.

There is always someone wanting to spray some perfume on you or willing to give you a make over if you are in a hurry just keep your head down and run, lol. Or use the entrabce were the cafe is then you can go unnoticed. They have a large display of mens clothes on the lower floor, includuding a suit hire section for weddings and special occassions. They also have all of there christmas toys and stock at this time of year, there are plenty of different and origional ideas here. On the next floor there are home furnishings and lots of womens clothes, they sell underwear normal clothes, names concession sections and wedding clothes and items too. On the upper floor there are crytal glases, ornements. There is also a large game section which my eldest child loves mostly pc and console games. They have a cafe upstairs which is OK but not the best.

I get quite dissapointed if I have gone into town and havn't had time to visit here. The clothes are just so cheap, no one can ever say they can't afford to clothe their kids with things this cheap. I am a bargain hunter and this shop is just full of them. Downstairs they have a massive choice of fashionable womens clothes form day wear to going out evening wear. They also have a wide selection of accessories, and underwear downstairs too. They have a large amount of changing rooms, but being as popular as they are they are normally full. Upstairs are all the gorgeous low priced shoes, the mens clothes which there is a big range of and all the childrens clothes. There are always sale racks with kids clothes at reduced items too. There is also a house section upstairs too and more changing rooms just for me, ohh get them.
