The issue I have is after meeting with him and being told that yes I have a case, and he could help me, I received his contract. In the contract is clearly stated that he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments. I emailed him asking if according to his own contract he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments, why was I billed $300 for 20 minutes. For over a month I couldn't get him to respond, the referring law firm couldn't get him to respond, and legal shield corporate could not get him to respond. In fact I did not get a response until 40 days later when I left him a voicemail, stating a complaint with the New Mexico Bar Association has been filed against him. Rather than apologizing all he wanted to do was insult me. This guy is a con man and should have his license revoked.
