Your work in the child custody case of Richard and Betty Ottis in Santa Fe, New Mexico was a total failure. You left the children in Santa Fe and wrongfully didnt believe me even though Betty's own son Donovan testified Betty was the abuser and not me. You should be held legally responsible for the actions that followed. Tonia passed away in May 2000 Christine overdosed and died on Dec.18th, 2010 And Donovan overdosed and died shortly after. My step daughter Rachel whom I raised is in her 40s doing well, gainfully employed and still loves me her step father with all her heart. Your poor work and not being able to see through Betty's lies I feel cost me all three of my children. The issue I have is after meeting with him and being told that yes I have a case, and he could help me, I received his contract. In the contract is clearly stated that he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments. I emailed him asking if according to his own contract he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments, why was I billed $300 for 20 minutes. For over a month I couldn't get him to respond, the referring law firm couldn't get him to respond, and legal shield corporate could not get him to respond. In fact I did not get a response until 40 days later when I left him a voicemail, stating a complaint with the New Mexico Bar Association has been filed against him. Rather than apologizing all he wanted to do was insult me. This guy is a con man and should have his license revoked.
