Several people I know have commented that one particular member of staff can be quite rude to customers sometimes remarking that whatever size item they have is probably too small for them. Most women would probably be insulted by such comments! She frequently tries to convince customers to repair items themselves when they return faulty items. I am rarely able to find something that I want in this particular branch of Dorothy Perkins and find the staff awkward. The till is often left unattended and customers have to queue at the till until a staff member returns to start serving customers.

They have a nice selection of gifts for the home, childrens, mens and womens clothing. They have a small selection of shoes which, unfortunately, do not come in a size 3?! If you telephone the store they are happy to put items to one side for you to collect the next day. If requested the staff will gift wrap your items and remove the prices which saves you a job! Generally the items are of a very high quality and the Fusion range offers particularily good value however the zips on dresses do tend to stick on seams and the sizes aren't consistent. I've had to return a few items because the zips were broken. Due to the lack of other quality womens clothing stores in Carmarthen items sell out quickly. Generally my experience of Monsoon Carmarthen has been very positive and I would recommend it.

There is little room to pass between racks of clothing which is unnecessary considering the size of the building. The staff work quickly and efficiently and are polite. I have been to smaller and better branches of New Look elsewhere. The store itself offers good value for money and the dresses are particularily lovely and last very well considering how little they cost.

There is a tiny clothes section at the back but I always manage to find something I love there. The clothes are not cheap but they have a slight luxurious boutique feel to them and you know you are getting something a bit more unique than your average high street shop buy. They also stock plenty of cards and gift wrap free for you so you could effectively buy a whole present in this shop. One thing I did notice is some very nice belts in the store that I got in Bali a year ago for about 1/10 of the price but this is London I guess! Multipazz does have a website but I don't think it does it justice- this boutique is worth seeing in the flesh.
