Evans has the nicest repair people! They sent out a guy to provide maintenance for our A/C who was so nice and did a great job - he even replaced the air filters for us! I didn't get his name, unfortunately but he is highly recommended! Evans also does plumbing, and they sent out Ryan, who did a great job troubleshooting things and repairing them for us. Mike came out yesterday and told me my two year old compressor that Evans installed along with my indoor unit was shot. He gave me the price of $1667 to have the warranty product replaced. That price is for labor and pieces and parts necessary to go along with the warranty compressor. he assured me at least three different times during our phone call. It would be in on Thursday less than 48 hours away. I questioned him several times including making note that that was in less than 48 hours. His first response was it was going to be seven days, but after I asked if it could be any faster and he put me on hold for a while his final response for the last five minutes of our call was it would be in on Thursday. The delivery date was not in question whether it would be installed that date or the following day is what was questionable and I totally understood that it might not get put in on the same day that it right. He told me that in the office would call me once it was ordered to confirm the order along with everything else. At 12:30 PM the following day I still had not heard from anyone at the office so I made a phone call. Boy was that a mistake. Hunter was not in a good mood and not willing to talk to me about my order for some reason. He just kept quoting they. If they said this then maybe it will happen if they said that then maybe it will happen. I said well could you talk to today and confirm everything. After a long phone call I finally hung up. Hunter went on to tell me that he just doesn't seem to be able to drive this home. I guess he didn't think I understood him. I fully understood you, Hunter and I hope you have a better day. read more

I have used the Original Evans Air for the past 10 years. Staff and service have always been excellent. Last week, Evans was out to service our old central air unit and informed us that the unit was near failing. Because they had gained our trust over the years, we decided to go ahead and replace the unit. Yesterday, Evans employees Hilario and Nick arrived at 8:30 am and worked diligently all day installing our new, upgraded system. The guys were extremely professional. They cleaned up all of the area around both the inside and outside areas where old equipment was removed and our new American Standard equipment was installed. Highly recommend the company. While we hated having to spend the money, we do feel that our investment in the new equipment was very worthwhile. A huge thanks to Hilario and Nick! read more

I recently had another local HVAC company replace my 12 year old 5 ton heat pump with a new Trane 15 SEER. As part of the deal they installed a new larger return duct. The AC system worked but the system wasn't balanced so there was way too much air flow in one part of the house and too little in the master bedroom. They came back and we came up with a plan, but when the work was done they did not do what was agreed upon and the system was even worse than before. I called Evans Air Conditioning after reading online reviews. Robert came over, looked at what was done, and told me they could fix it. They redid the ductwork, sealed several places in the system, which were poorly sealed, and I am VERY satisfied. The price was reasonable, the work was excellent, and the system works great.
