I feel as though I was hustled into an upsale.The gentlemen that did my Nails left my cuticles exposed and dry. When I brought to attention and one of the ladies gave me cuticle oil. I was charged $1 for swiping my card without notice. That is a bit much for an $80 dollar charge. Typically merchant charges are 2-4% it's not fair to put the service charge on to the consumer when they are paying for services you offer. I really didn't want to leave a review I wanted to send an email to the owners however there is no…read moreway to reach these people other than calling them and I want them to see exactly what I woke up looking like the day after getting waxed. As a licensed aesthetician, I know that the proper way to walk someone is first cleanse the skin with witch hazel and then put baby powder to make sure the wax does not stick too much to the skin. Well I don't typically wax I get threaded but there's nowhere in Tomball to get threaded, so I settled with waxing right before an event. I went in the place looked nice and clean. I was seen right away. When the lady started dipping into the wax I asked her if she could cleanse my skin first she looked annoyed went to the back room and grab some sort of facial towelettes that look like the ones you use for make up removal. I thought strange that they don't just have some witch hazel. After she cleansed my lip she immediately put on the wax my heart stopped because I was like oh my god where is the baby powder. But by then it was too late. One minute after I was waxed I knew I was burned. The skin was raw and fresh. It was really red but I knew it was gonna look even worse in the following days. I went back and after 10 minutes because my lip was on fire and asked for more aloe. I got another annoyed look and a small squirt of aloe. Honestly I should ask for my money back but I know how that goes in these kind of places. Won't bother. Moral of the story to the owners: I know it's not typical protocol for these kind of nail salons, because sure maybe most people skin is not this sensitive . But you definitely need to have some witch hazel and baby powder in case somebody is sensitive. If you have sensitive skin I really recommend either going somewhere with that waxes correctly or just pray to God that they come up with a threading salon somewhere.

I've made a appointment for 5:15 for 4 (pedicure & 2 full sets & lashes ) , we weren't seen until 6:45. We sat with our feet in the water until that water wasn't warm anymore. Once We got home the polish came off 2 out the 4 people she seen& we paid for gel. We left the salon at 8:15 by that time we're hungry and tired & decided to make.an appointment for the next day at 12 for the full sets & lashes. Came back the next day to do our nails. They got to use on time. The nails came out nice until I went home and my nail polish chipped and my sisters nail broke off in just a few hours. & on top of that she did my eyelashes wrong and it caused me to have a stye in my eye. Went back the next day to show her how "great she did" she fixed the nail with no problem. bet u can guess what happened once I got home AGAIN! A chipped nail!! with my lashes she took off clumps of glue that was stuck in my lashes and said it was my fault because of my makeup. I didn't have no make up on at all. We overall spent over $350 in her salon. It seems to me that she's a money hungry person that doesn't care about the quality in her work or her customers!

They are by far the most comfortable spa chairs I've been in and as a bigger lady they are so roomy! They even have a padded manicure table that fits over the chairs for a more comfortable manicure while getting your pedicure. (I've never seen this before and I would love to try these because it seems like it would be less awkward.) Ielt well taken care of with an ultra-soothing, warm neck pillow and attention to detail on my pedicure by Natalie. I even had the most amazing Vietnamese coffee made for me there. Please try this place, everything is top notch! (Also, one last thing, the polishes look clean and well-kept, that is a thing I always notice when choosing a place.)
