This is basically " cherry picking" the best tippers. I am a member, yet it doesn't seem to matter. You would not be refused service at a restaurant for your tip history, so nor should you at Simply Massage. It seems that maybe the help needs a wage increase as they emphasize tipping, leaving it up to the clients whom already pay $70 to $90/hour for servicing. However, it was also explained that the tip reason for rejection is supported by management, not just one therapist. I am weighing my future relationship with this company.
