And the rent is free.....just kidding no one is that awesome but they do give timely reminders and help you every step of the way to get set up when you first move in including a few free items for your apartment to make the transition a little easier. Each unit has a private balcony or patio. We receive monthly newsletters, have fun events, contests, dinners, pool parties, etc. It is pet friendly, and includes a dog park. We have a beautiful pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, playground and exercise room. Each building has 2 washers/2 dryers, and you have the option to have w/d in your unit.
