She knew exactly how to keep the crowd dancing all night long and was a true professional. I have never seen a dance floor so packed and with so many people dancing for hours on end. Simply spectacular. GAM made the whole process effortless from booking the talent to making sure they got to Miami, got to the hotel and to the venue on-time and with absolutely no hiccups. When we started wedding planning, my husband and I were debating getting married in Ireland or in…read morethe states. We ultimately decided to get married in the US but had a goal to make it the most Irish wedding we could. The first step was finding a band stateside that could play Irish tunes and keep the dance floor packed. By a miracle, my husband found McLean Avenue Band...we booked them for our wedding in Napa on July 6th and they did not disappoint! McLean Avenue Band lifted the roof off the building! They brought incredible energy, talent, and charisma to the night, keeping the dance floor packed from start to finish. In the beginning, they had the whole crowd on their feet before we ever entered the room. Padraig had taken the time to find out what county the majority of guests were coming from. During dinner, they played Rose of Tralee and My Lovely Rose of Clare. Their mix of traditional Irish tunes and modern favorites had guests of all ages up and dancing the entire night. The fiddle and saxophone added even more flare. They even had my American college friends on the floor for Rock the Boat. So many of our friends and family still tell us how amazing our wedding was and a LARGE part of that was thanks to McLean Avenue Band. Their ability to read the crowd was spot on. They truly made our celebration unforgettable. If you're looking for a band that guarantees a lively, unforgettable atmosphere, look no further than McLean Avenue Band. Highly, highly recommend!

Sam, our point of contact, was super communicative and made us feel very comfortable about their services. They were professional and organized, providing a music map app to streamline our preferences and minimize back-and-forth communication. Most interactions were via email, but they were always available for important phone calls when needed. On the wedding day, Isaac, our DJ, and the performers coordinated seamlessly with our wedding coordinators, and everything went smoothly. They were kind and professional, and their performance greatly enhanced the vibe of the night. The live saxophonist and percussionist playing along with Isaac kept our guests engaged and energized the room. The music selection was spot-on, adhering to our preferences perfectly. We absolutely recommend Dark Collective. They were fun to work with, delivered everything we asked for, and maintained clear communication throughout. There was no miscommunication, and they put on a great show. We would definitely hire them again. - Professional and organized with excellent communication. - Seamless coordination on the wedding day. - Live performance enhanced the atmosphere and kept guests engaged. We were late to inquire, and after a great chemistry call, they locked it in within the week. * Had a reasonable rate and worked with us to make it happen. * Their interface for sending references and preferences was easy and integrated, and most importantly WORKED. Our songs got played perfectly on the day. * Used our inspiration and built on it in a way that made the dance floor electric. * Gracefully avoided requests, but allowed the ones we wanted. * Came with 3 set ups, so all our locations were pre-set up in every location. * Zero feedback, awkward "is this thing on" moments, or struggling to hear speakers, even when they're bad with holding the mic. From the music, to everything in between, you can't go wrong. We triple-bid the project, and Dart was easily our strongest choice.

The communication from A Perfect Blend in the year leading up to our wedding was wonderful--any question we had, they answered right away. Their online planning portal was also so incredibly helpful for figuring out exactly what we wanted for music and how the flow of the day would go! And when we finally got to the day, DJ Mario was amazing! He did a perfect job of blending me and my husband's music tastes and playing crowd pleasers that got everyone hyped and on the dance floor. He dropped so many bangers during our first dance set that our Best Man turned to us and said "this playlist is TOO good! I can't sit down!" Mario kept the reception flowing perfectly, and I was THRILLED when he handed me the mic for a little karaoke session. It was truly the most fun I've ever had! I would recommend Mario and A Perfect Blend to literally everyone--I hope I get to go to a wedding DJ'd by them soon!

I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!
