His prices are MORE than fair. Dee not only wants your satisfaction, he is also about saving you $$$$ !! Recently (1 week ago) I asked to have my front struts replaced, I also insisted on having the coil springs replaced as well. He was passionate about NOT replacing and gave his opinion as to why. I saved money, he lost money for not replacing them. Better yet, he was correct and I listened to him. So glad I did!! When was the last time your mechanic saved you money ? Myself and 2 of my friends in my subdivision have been his customers for well over 12 years. All three of us can vouch for his honesty and quality of work. Give him a try !!

It's in an ... unusual ... strip mall with a weird assortment of businesses, including another auto place. Anyhow, just shows that you truly can't judge a book by its cover. The owner, Dee, was incredibly helpful. I wanted to get my Land Cruiser's emergency brake fixed. The dealership gave me a runaround as to why they didn't want to deal with it - said it would be too expensive, risk too many other parts, so on and so forth. Well, Dee took a look - said he might be able to fix it. A couple of days later, he called me back to tell me the car was ready. The price was right and the work was solid. I also had him quote me another job that I had gotten quoted at the dealership - he came in $500 under what the dealership wanted to charge me. I think I found a new mehanic!

I then emailed the pictures Javier took to the manufacturer, Corsa, and as it turns out JM installed it upside down. When I asked for a refund, he refused, got angry and remarked "you better learn English" for context l'm a second generation Cuban immigrant, and I'm a bit tan but my english is completely fluent without even an accent. Javier, you are pathetic.

ZERO INTEGRITY, $1000 OVERBILLED, IRRESPONSIBLE. A good mechanic stands behind his work, right? Let…read moreme tell you about JM Autos' Zero Integrity. Javier, the owner, was paid over $7k for labor on an OEM engine rebuild, yet my performance car left the shop with a dead battery and a coolant leak. Not only did the shop owner try to weasel out of the 'warranty' by telling me I would have to pay for a coolant system repair, but he overbilled me. After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. My car has a dead battery, is leaking coolant, and smells like grease. IF YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS. Wow! What a huge disappointment!

Moms can relax while waiting, and the owner, Greg, is always courteous and helpful in addressing questions, unlike a lot of dealers that treat women like idiots. Note: Those leaving negative comments don't specify the actual reasoning for their dissatisfaction. A car brought in after having another person attempting to fix it only making matters worse is not the problem of the next repair service. It's only common sense that if a business receives so many excellent reviews, the few negative ones surely must have special concerns that may have nothing to do with the service rendered.

I originally took my Carrera in for a 100,000 mile maintenance check. (Oil change) Chad, at Select Luxury, took my car and had the mechanics look it over to see what was really wrong with the car. After the inspection my bill went down to $1,600. I appreciate the honesty and considerate way they took care of my car and me. Being a woman, I felt totally taken advantage of at the other shop; but not at Select Luxury. At Select I was treated in a respectful way. Even though this shop is not near where I live, I will most certainly make the drive whenever I need my car looked at and so should you.
