I just started my 1 month unlimited membership with your tanning center in Bayside. Arianna was very informative, sweet, and professional when I signed up. Victoria was most pleasant when I first called to get some information before my first visit. I have been going to tanning salons for more years than I can count. Your power tower is a terrific stand-up unit. The fans are strong and cooling, the booth inside is very roomy, the bulbs are brilliant and all functional, the music is loud and clear, the room is spacious for changing and storage. The bathroom is clean and the back area is well equipped. I feel that your monthly rate is a great value. I appreciate the convenience of on-site parking. I highly recommend your business for any indoor tanning aficionado. I am a true beach-lover, but when the weather changes I welcome the alternative of indoor tanning (usually from October-April). I'm so glad I decided to choose this salon for airbrush. I needed an airbrush for my upcoming vacation and Genevieve did a fantastic job. She prepped my skin then airbrushed then used a great smelling sealant. She cleaned my nails then powder for behind my knees and arms. I was very impressed and not one streak! I'm naturally tan but still prefer to have a deeper tan during the summer months, and Jen always does a great job on my spray tan. It's much more reasonably priced than Gotham Glow and other NYC tanning salons I used to go to. Highly recommend. read more

I came here at the recommendation of my friend who has been going to another EITC for a couple of months. Initially when I walked in to the place I though I was going to have to wait for a half hour or longer like the last place I tried a few months ago. To my surprise the lady behind the counter greeted me right away and told me it would only be a couple of minutes. When I got back to the bed, much to my dismay, it looked like the bed had not been wiped down very good so I did a wipe down so I wouldn't be laying on someone elses sweat. The equipment looks relatively new and not worn down which is common in a lot of places when you use the cheaper beds. I thought it was a little pricey at first but due to the equipment being older I can see how they justify the price. Not a bad place but not a great place. I would rate it as your average tanning salon. read more

Love this place. Bought a package and they give you more towards it to compensate for the new spa taxes they have to add on. The place is clean,the staff is really nice and there is never more than a 3 min wait. They even have free parking and they always have deals going on. read more

I've been going tanning since high school and I'm 27 now. I have been to over 20 different salons ( I've worked in multiple different states and would always try a new spot if I was there longer than a month ). European image has always been clean, fair priced, and the bulbs in the beds are strong and usually all working. I like their spray machine as well and usually get one weekly once winter hits. The main reason for the five stars is because the girls at the front desk aren't rude or obnoxious. They always politely greet, never roll their eyes or get nasty when I come close to closing time, which I do since my schedule is pretty crazy. I've been given horrible customer service at tanning salons (where you feel like you're a hassle and unwanted since they'll have to clean after the session, instead of a paying client) and instead of getting worked up I just try someplace new but I've never had a bad time here. They are open pretty late so give it a try even if it's for a sunless mystic tan! read more

Went to a get a spray tan before my graduation pictures. It was the first time i ever got a spray tan and the woman helping me was so nice and helpful. She explained to me exactly what to do and what everything she was spraying on me was. She also told me everything to do for after care of my spray tan. Super helpful and it came out perfect! No orange and made me look great in my white dress. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Been tanning her for a while - I have no complaints. Never much of a wait, I love the beds, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's very affordable. They have good packages available that are way more inexpensive than competitor's pricing. SUPER clean which is always an issue for me with places like this but I never worry about it here. Genevieve (Gen) is the absolute best when it comes to airbrushing!! I've been getting airbrushed by her regularly for the last 5 years and it always comes out perfect. She makes you feel so comfortable and is quick and effecient so it's a fast process. I've recommended her anytime someone asks where i went on vacation:) read more

Clean and professional. Can compete with city tanning places. Not inexpensive but you're not getting ripped off. Staff is not overly friendly but very professional and courteous. Parking is a hit or miss tho. read more

They have machines and prices all on the front desk and reception is super helpful even if you are experienced or a newcomer. You can pay according to the how long you want to tan. Paid $16 for a 14 minute walk-in session on one of the beds and got a great tan instantly for EZOO. They have built in radios at the machines so you can listen to music as you tan. The place is clean and there's no wait. Definitely coming here again. read more

Do NOT waste your money here. They are not sanitary. Besides that, I went here numerous times and did not get good color at all, you are better off standing outside for 20min. They are expensive compared to other places and they have the worst customer service, they dont clean their beds after each customer. After witnessing this I brought it to the managers attention, he replyed, "what do you want me to do fire the girl? Sorry but we are human" then he walked out and smoked a cigarette.
