What a joke. Walked…read morein to a quiet shop to look for a pen. I had my foldable bike with me which the staff scowled at the s cond I walked in even though there was loads of space. I picked up a couple of card wallets that caught my eye. I asked why two of seemingly the same thing one made a clicking noise and one didn't and the lady behind the counter said it was because it had to be full to be silent. Seemed weird. While talking to her I must have clicked the two wallets four times each and the other member of staff said something about me being careful with them and not to click them too much. I said I'm pretty sure the only function should be ok and he replied not if you click it 20 times. Assuming I use my wallet twice a day good to know that he doesn't feel it would last 10 days without breaking. Left shortly after as don't think I want to give my money to a company that talks to potential customers like this. Off to Amazon I go.

You just take your cartridges in and they refill it and give it a test run for you. The staff are usually friendly and can give you advice if you've got printing problems (like that annoying black streak in the same place on every page - the bane of my life!). They guarantee to give you a refund if there are any problems, or to sort out any problems caused in printers, although I've never heard of anything going wrong.
