They sell some really great big wood furniture that is really high quality. They are also the greatest place to buy gifts, and they have so many random things that you never knew you wanted until you see them. They also sell some clothes and some great jewellery. I then entered into email correspondence with the manager over 3 weeks answering her questions before she cut communication. Their exchange/refund period is only 14 days whereas the vast majority of retailers offer 28 days. There are much better shops in Marlow offering far superior customer service and value for money so give this one a miss.

A wonderful place to browse or to pick up that obscure gadget your mother asked for for Christmas. The plentiful stock is of a very high quality and tastefully displayed, on a par with any John Lewis store. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Although the shop is not cheap it is good value in that the items on sale are of excellent quality and built to last.
