I bought a ticket online to go from Lyon to Geneve. Unfortanetly I needed to cancel and move it for another day, so that was my plan, I go to the office in a Tuesday at 3pm it is close, it does not have a notice or anything, I leave and decide to come back the next day. At 1 pm I arrive in a Wednesday and still close in the same way, and now I am a bit in hurry the next day my bus is leaving, so besides deciding to try the next day I also decided to contact them online and by phone. On phone no one ever answered means online they answered me the first two question related to printing the ticket, the question about cancelling or changing they totally ignored it.
At the end of this horrible experiences I tried again the day my bus was leaving and it was close, again, and I lost the money I pay for the ticket and heap, they had not reply yet. This is bad service, use the train instead . read more
