Visited this store to purchase pods and when I presented my ID I was refused because the woman…read moredidn't believe the pic on the ID was me. She showed another employee who said that was me. I have dyed my hair and gained some weight, but the picture is clearly me. She was very rude and completely humiliated me in front of other customers and my young daughter. I called the store and asked for contact information for the manager/owner and she refused to share the informaion. Customer service is important and how you make people feel matters. I will not give this location one more cent of my money. There is another Circle K in Eureka, I would suggest going to the one in town or any other place. This is a huge safety hazard for drivers trying to enter and exit the fuel lanes. Visibility is already tight with big rigs moving around, and having trucks parked where they shouldn't be just makes it more dangerous and stressful for everyone. I get that it's busy and parking is limited, but safety should come first--especially at a truck stop where accidents can get serious fast. Hoping management tightens and stop being lazy this up because it could easily lead to someone getting hit or sideswiped.
